Hi Nicole, thanks for joining us today. Can you talk to us about a project that’s meant a lot to you?

As a certified Project Manager with over 20 years experience in the financial industry, I’ve found that the most meaningful project is the one I have created based on my personal purpose and passion.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?

I’ve always loved helping women recognize their strengths, discover their purpose, and build confidence in what they can achieve. There’s something incredibly powerful about seeing someone realize their full potential.

I truly believe that with the right confidence, support, and guidance, women can accomplish anything they set their minds to. Having a coach who helps you outline your goals, strengths, and capabilities can make the path to success so much easier and quicker—and a lot more fun!

My journey started with coaching women who were eager to step into or advance in their project management careers. It’s been such a joy to help so many of them not just reach their goals, but exceed them, and move to new levels in their professional lives.

As my coaching business grew, I decided to explore the online world in order to make an even bigger impact. I realized that by learning various digital techniques, I could improve my branding, attract more clients, and scale my business, all while helping even more women along the way.

My curiosity led me straight into the world of social media marketing, where I dove deep into learning the strategies that successful businesses use to reach more people and grow their presence online. Today, I’m using everything I’ve learned to broaden my services, helping women succeed not only in their careers but also in their entrepreneurial journeys.

I’ve created and sold a variety of digital courses, products, and coaching sessions designed to help working women improve themselves, transform their businesses, and take their ventures to the next level. It’s been an incredible journey, and I’m excited to continue helping more women discover just how much they’re capable of.

Is there something you think non-creatives will struggle to understand about your journey as a creative? Maybe you can provide some insight – you never know who might benefit from the enlightenment.

In this digital age, non-creatives can significantly benefit from harnessing digital and social media strategies. I think most believe that there is a defined approach and way of conducting business, especially when it comes to marketing a business.

However, there so many new out of the box strategies that are making 20 year olds millionaires in just a few months. Why not explore them?

The rise of AI, entrepreneurship, and online marketplaces has created a wealth of knowledge and opportunities. By mastering these strategies, you can enhance both your personal and professional brand, keeping you ahead of the curve.

You don’t need to dance on social media or have a huge audience to make an impact. What matters is that you put yourself out there, share your story, and communicate what you offer and aspire to achieve. By doing so, you will resonate with countless others who are on the same journey.

For you, what’s the most rewarding aspect of being a creative?

I find it very rewarding to use my knowledge and expertise to help someone else move from point A to point B.

Knowing there are people out there eager to learn from me keeps me going.
