We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Nicole Marie VP. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Nicole Marie VP below.
Nicole Marie VP, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today We’d love to hear about the things you feel your parents did right and how those things have impacted your career and life.
My parents are amazing and I’m grateful for them. I grew up with a deep curiosity for how things work and a love of music as a singer/ songwriter and producer, my gifts inspired by my grandmother yaya who sang and played the piano. I grew up going to church and learning who the lord was early in life. My father encouraged me to take chances and go for my Dreams. He grew up in an orphanage so he had the mentality to fight for what you want in life, which allowed him to go to the next level. He taught me that hard work pays off. He took me to New York City at a young age and gave me the tools that I needed to succeed. He would wake me up every morning at 5 AM we would walk the city and look for opportunities. I would package up all of my CDs and mail them out to whoever would listen. My father never let me take a cab, so we would end up walking hundreds of miles. He said Nicole you don’t have the money for no cabs lol and told me that I needed to save my money. One time my father noticed a long line for an audition as people were waiting in long lines for some type of Broadway play, I had no idea what it was for. My father made me go in the line to audition, when I got to the front they asked me did I have my music written out for Piano scoring ha ! obviously I wasn’t prepared for that one, but it taught me the game, and to always be prepared for anything at any time. I learned If you stay ready, you don’t have to get ready.
My mother took me to the studios when I was a young girl and really encouraged my dream. She really is the best mother, I could’ve ever asked for. I’m sure that my soul picked her to be my mom.
I have three sisters, Kimmy, Lisa and Nina. I also have two brothers Phil and Nicky, Nick who also does music is an amazing guitar player and songwriter. We all grew up very close together. My brother Phil brought me into the studios when I was very young, he always had a passion for music. I wrote my first song with him at the age of Nine. Years later Phil came out to New York with me, we grinded it out for many years without any real outcomes, but then things took a turn for the best. Amazingly my brother was very smart with technology. He was always ahead of the game. That’s where he created Rock Me Tv and gave other inspiring artists, the opportunities to be seen and heard streaming live, when Internet wasn’t even streaming, over 20 years ago. I went on to work very closely with the Legendary DJ Ron G, as well as Johnny O, CEO of the Nerve DJs and from there doors were opened up to me. My music was heard all over the world.
That mix of innovation and artistry shaped my path as Co-Founder of Jatango, It combines live streaming + e-commerce, letting sellers show, demo, and talk about products while viewers can buy during the stream. It’s built as a platform so “anybody or any business could sign up within minutes, go live. Jatango promotes itself as the first live-commerce platform to offer “Dual Lives”, where a store/brand and a seller stream together in one show, each bringing authority or audience. I am now able to blend tech and storytelling, and as a musician and producer my work bridges emotion and digital expression.

Nicole Marie VP, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
I’m Nicole Marie VP, Co-Founder of Jatango, a platform designed to help creators, brands, and businesses connect in real time through the power of live commerce. My journey started in music storytelling through sound and emotion and evolved into technology, where creativity meets innovation. That fusion became the foundation of Jatango.
But truly, it was my brother Phil, the technology genius behind it all, who had the original vision — to make it possible for anyone to sell live, build community, and create real profit while doing what they love. Together, my brother Phil, his other Co-Founder Michael Eric, and I definitely built something special. As siblings, we’re an amazing team. There are always ups and downs in building something new, but I’ve made it my mission as a sister to keep pushing him toward the best version of himself, and he does the same for me. When I push, I go hard for myself and my team, loosing is not an option.
One of the biggest milestones in our journey is our breakthrough innovation: Dual Lives™, for which Jatango is the first company to receive a patent. It’s a world-first approach to live, interactive digital selling — empowering people to go live together, build relationships, and create meaningful engagement at scale.
What sets Jatango apart isn’t just the technology — it’s the heart behind it. We believe in building tools that empower, uplift, and connect people. And for me, that purpose is deeply rooted in faith. I live by Matthew 19:26
Jesus looked at them and said, “With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.”
That verse reminds me daily that every challenge, every breakthrough, every song, and every idea comes through Gods grace. I give God the glory in all that I do because everything comes from him he is the source. Praise his name. I was saved around the age of 25 and my life hasn’t been the same since. Before I used to live for the world, but now my heart is in the spirit, and I just want to do good for God’s kingdom. I still make mistakes, I fall and I get back up again, but having a relationship with Jesus is the best thing that’s ever happened in my life. I encourage others to do the same, to see the miracles that can happen in their life.
If there’s one thing I want others to know about me and our brand, it’s that faith and innovation go hand in hand. You can build the future, stand firm in your purpose, and still keep God at the center. Because when you lead with faith — everything else follows.

Are there any books, videos or other content that you feel have meaningfully impacted your thinking?
Honestly, real life has been my greatest teacher. I’ve learned more from getting knocked down and finding the strength to stand back up than I ever could from a textbook. Life itself is the classroom — every setback, every challenge, every victory teaches you something new if you’re willing to listen.
There aren’t many books that can truly teach you how to survive and keep going. But the one book that has inspired me the most is the Bible. I turn to scripture daily — it helps me understand life, how to treat others, and how to lead with integrity and compassion.
People often ask me, “What does success look like to you?” For me, success isn’t about fame or numbers. It’s about being with your family, having a relationship with God, staying healthy, and being in a position to give back to those who need help. That’s the kind of wealth that lasts — and that’s what keeps me grounded in both business and life.

Is there a particular goal or mission driving your creative journey?
Yes — my ultimate goal is to be in a position where I can truly help people, especially women and children who are struggling. I want to give them opportunities to rebuild their lives — whether that means opening a facility that offers a second chance, providing access to education, healthcare, and the tools needed to succeed, or simply creating a space where they feel seen and supported.
For me, being a co-founder isn’t about holding a title. It’s about listening — really hearing people’s stories and using your platform to make positive, lasting change. My creative journey has always been about more than music or technology; it’s about turning purpose into action and faith into impact.
