Scaling up my business involved assembling a professional and dynamic team and establishing strong relationships with exceptional vendors. As an event planner, managing several moving pieces is crucial, so having a team that can efficiently handle various requests is essential. Our journey wasn’t an overnight success but the result of years of hard work and strategic planning. I focused on finding the right people and partners who could navigate complex logistics and help us scale effectively. Along the way, I encountered obstacles and made mistakes, but each challenge provided valuable lessons. Our growth stems from continuously improving, adapting to feedback, and refining our strategies, proving that dedicated teamwork is key to transforming a small venture into a thriving enterprise.

I have a deep love for life and celebrating its special moments, which naturally led me to a career in event planning. From a young age, my mom made holidays and milestones truly memorable, instilling in me the importance of creating core memories. This passion drives me to celebrate beautifully and ensure that every event I plan is not just an occasion but a cherished experience.

In my business, I specialize in crafting exceptional events that bring joy and create lasting memories. Whether it’s a wedding, corporate function, or personal celebration, my goal is to solve the complex logistics and bring each client’s vision to life with elegance and precision. What sets me apart is my dedication to not only meeting but exceeding client expectations, ensuring every detail contributes to a stunning and seamless experience.

I’m most proud of the heartfelt responses I receive from clients who feel their special moments have been beautifully captured and celebrated. Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?

I grew my business on social media by posting multiple times a week and dedicating time to batch content, which helped me maintain consistency. I also made sure to allocate time on my calendar to learn and experiment with new platforms like TikTok. My goal was to showcase my work, share behind-the-scenes footage to demonstrate how I operate, and allow potential clients to get to know me better, so they would feel comfortable reaching out and booking my services.

Are there any books, videos or other content that you feel have meaningfully impacted your thinking?

Yes, several resources have significantly impacted my management and entrepreneurial thinking. Atomic Habits by James Clear has been instrumental in teaching me the concept of habit stacking, which has helped streamline my daily routines and boost productivity. Gary Vaynerchuk’s insights into utilizing social media for business growth have been invaluable, as his expertise has guided my approach to building a strong online presence. Additionally, watching Valuetainment on YouTube has been a great source of motivation and inspiration, pushing me to reach new levels in my business. I constantly seek out and apply valuable information online, as I am passionate about continuous learning for both personal and business growth.
