Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Nicole Cummings. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Nicole, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Let’s jump to the end – what do you want to be remembered for?
I hope my legacy will be inspirational. I definitely want to leave an imprint on all people. Like that feeling you get when you talk about Michael Jackson, you get the chills, joy, and motivation to want to be great like him. I want to leave that, but also i want people to understand what it takes. I want to leave knowledge behind every success and failure i do. I want to also give knowledge of anything i learned whether it’s towards love, energy, people, rights, building a business, etc.. I hope whatever i leave behind gives people that sense to want to be great or give greatness towards anything they do or say.

Nicole, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
I’ve got into the fashion world when I started modeling and acting years ago around 2010. I’ve always wanted to create something that let’s me still be apart of those two things that I’m very passionate about no matter what age i get. So I’ve started my online boutique business 2020 and photography 2019. My online boutique store is catered to men and women. The idea behind the store is bringing unique different pieces from other brands. I like bringing in different types of apparel to encourage people to stand out from the crowd. What I’m most proud of is the creativity i created with the store. I’m the photographer, sometimes the model, the sales associate, everything. I’ve created my own website and content, so to see that and get feedback on how amazing it is makes me feel great because it’s not easy. Not everyone has a creative eye, or know how to edit and take pictures, and make content look like you hired a professional. So me being a photographer is a plus for my clothing brand. My photography is something that gives me joy, because when i stopped modeling due to life crisis and gaining weight to see another person in front of my camera with that same passion, hunger, and talent made me feel like i was the one still in front of the camera.
How do you keep in touch with clients and foster brand loyalty?
I try to keep in touch with my clients by sending little emails, or discounts and also adding a blog where i talk about love, self love, client love, things and topics happening in the world. I foster brand loyalty by connecting with my customers on an emotional level, having quizzes they can answer about my store. Also asking feedback on products they would like back or added.

Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?
The most effective strategy I’ve been seeing happening for me with growing clientele is honestly being more interactive with all platforms of social media. & meeting people on their vibe.
