Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Nicol Robertiz. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Nicol, appreciate you joining us today. So let’s jump to your mission – what’s the backstory behind how you developed the mission that drives your brand?
I’ve always been resilient, driven to break the mold and prove to myself (and others) that yes, it’s possible. I’m a dentist by profession, but my passion for service led me to create two purpose-driven brands: NARF, a medical scrubs line that empowers professionals through style and confidence, and BridgePoint Sync, a company that simplifies home improvement for families in Florida.
Everything I do is rooted in one mission: to help, to inspire, and to build with intention.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
Understanding the mission behind my profession and the two companies I’ve built takes me back to my childhood. I experienced things early in life that weren’t aligned with my age, but over time, I’ve learned to be thankful for those moments, they shaped the resilience, independence, and determination that define who I am today.
From a young age, I was always different, I never liked being part of the crowd. When I was eight, I bought sticker packs from my school bookstore, organized them in a photo album, and sold them individually so my classmates could mix and match their favorites. That was my first taste of creative problem-solving and entrepreneurship.
That same energy followed me into dentistry. Becoming a dentist was a challenge I was proud to overcome, and once I did, I chose a different path than most. Instead of starting as an assistant in someone else’s practice, I opened my own office right away, alongside a friend whom I encouraged to do the same. We believed in ourselves, and we started as full professionals from day one.
Then the pandemic came, and I asked myself: how can I keep serving people while doing something different? At the time, healthcare workers were required to wear protective suits that were uncomfortable and uninspiring. I thought: we can be safe and still feel good about how we look. That’s when NARF was born, my medical scrubs brand designed to bring confidence, safety, and style to professionals who care for others.
What began as a small project grew fast. One of my first big sales was to a major clinic in my country’s capital. From there, NARF expanded into stylish, comfortable, high-quality uniforms that empower professionals to look and feel their best. My message with NARF is clear: when you look good, you feel good, and when you feel good, you serve better.
Later, life challenged me again: I emigrated. I don’t call it starting from scratch, because everything we’ve learned stays with us. But it was a new life, and a hard one. I worked in jobs outside my field, but I never stopped asking myself: how can I still help people, even if I can’t practice dentistry for now?
That question led me to study the home services industry here in the U.S. I saw a gap, homeowners were overwhelmed and lacked trusted support. So, I created a solution. That’s how BridgePoint Sync was born: a company that connects property owners with reliable contractors and helps them manage renovation and repair projects in a clear, efficient, and stress-free way.
Today, I’m a dentist by profession, but also the founder of two brands: NARF, empowering healthcare professionals through image and confidence, and BridgePoint, empowering families through better, safer homes.
In both, my mission is the same: to break the mold, to prove that yes, you can and to leave a legacy that inspires others to believe in themselves as much as I’ve learned to believe in me.
Because for me, it’s never just been about business. It’s always been about purpose helping, serving, and building something meaningful, with soul and intention.

Can you talk to us about how your side-hustle turned into something more.
Yes, it did, and I didn’t expect it at first.
I’m a dentist by profession. That was my foundation, my first passion, and the space where I began building my confidence and my voice. Being a dentist taught me that I could truly make a difference. It gave me the strength to believe in myself, not just as a professional, but as a leader.
But today, my main career is no longer clinical dentistry. It’s my two companies: NARF and BridgePoint Sync.
Even though they’re completely different businesses, they both stem from the same mission: helping others feel empowered, supported, and seen.
With NARF, I help healthcare professionals feel good in what they wear. My designs are created to boost confidence, comfort, and self-love, because when we feel good, we perform better and radiate that energy into our work.
With BridgePoint, I help people bring their home projects to life. Whether it’s fixing damage or creating a dream space, I make the process simple and supportive, helping homeowners feel in control, understood, and confident in their choices.
I never imagined that what started as side ventures, born out of tough circumstances, would become my full-time career. But now I see that both companies allow me to keep living my purpose, just in a different way:
Serving people with heart, clarity, and care.

Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?
Absolutely. My two companies, NARF and BridgePoint Sync, are a clear reflection of my resilience.
NARF was born in the middle of global chaos.
The entire world had come to a standstill, filled with fear, uncertainty, and isolation. I was alone in my apartment, and yet I kept asking myself the same question:
“What can I do with what I’m living? How can I turn this into something positive?”
That thought became my engine. Instead of staying stuck or feeling defeated, I decided to create. I noticed that healthcare professionals were being required to wear uncomfortable, unflattering PPE, and I saw an opportunity. NARF became my way of turning fear into confidence, necessity into beauty, and loneliness into connection.
To me, resilience is exactly that: the ability to look at a difficult situation from a different perspective, and the courage to take action from there.
The same happened when I moved to the United States. A new country. A new life. And once again, I was on my own. The same question came back:
“What can I do with this? How can I turn this moment into something meaningful?”
That’s when BridgePoint was born. I took the challenge of starting over in a new environment and turned it into an opportunity to help others. I created a company that supports homeowners through their renovation and repair projects with clarity, reliability, and a human touch.
Today, I truly believe that resilience is not about enduring, it’s about transforming.
And that’s exactly what I did with both of my brands, during two of the most emotionally demanding times in my life. I didn’t let those moments break me, I let them shape me.
And what I’ve built from that space has become the most meaningful part of my journey.
