Nico, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. So, naming is such a challenge. How did you come up with the name of your brand?

Coming up with a business named is a very important and difficult task to accomplish, for me it needs to be meaningful, it needs a source of pride and most of all it needs to tell a story and for us Black n White Healing tells a story of duality, about The inner light and Dark, Femininity and Masculinity about opposites being interconnected.
Black n White is a paradox and a unity of diversity as we pride ourselves in healing and balancing it’s about the ancient Yin & Yang and if those two are not balanced you cannot start your journey to success and healing. Black n White also represents the duality of transformation unlocking your true potential creating the life that you want to create, with black as protection & purity and white as unity.
So with great thought and consideration that’s when we decided with Black n White Healing.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.

Hello my name is Nico Nicoletti I am a motivational speaker and a New age Life coach. My journey to becoming a Motivational speaker
and life coach has been a long one, as we all have been through traumatic times in our life as well as we all have been broken hearted a time or two, we are all dealing with pain that no one sees. I used to be just the same I had no one to turn to, no one to help me and just outright lost in my life, once I hit rock bottom I had a choice to make, it was either stay down or get back up and keep moving forward, slowly I learned to heal myself, love myself and teach myself a new way of thinking I created goals and achieved these goals one by one, I opened my myself up to the universe learned the moon phases and started to manifest my future, now after years of dedication and hard work I want to pay it forward to my community and the world.
I created custom workshops, tools and tips to create the life you want to truly live and most of all, begin to love yourself again, I have spoken at many different seminars across California, I have meet people from all walks of life and what I learned is that everyone struggles and everyone needs a little guidance in there life, are courses are custom for each client as everyone struggles with different traumas, we help are clients start a new journey teach them how to self love and how to manifest there dreams also how to release all past traumas and bad habits moving forward.
We are unique in our industry because we bring spirituality, motivational & life coaching to a New age, we are bringing this industry into the 21st century. What I’m most proud of is that we never have changed we stay true to our mission to help our community one person at a time, we have been there we have healed and now we are teaching our secrets of success to the world. Black n White Healing is for everyone from families, to individuals, to couples, we provide a safe space for people to feel comfortable in, to be vulnerable with each other and with us, we welcome everyone, all we want to achieve is to open people’s eyes to this New age healing and how it truly works, self loving is the new wave of the future. “Before we can heal the world we need to heal ourselves.”

We’d love to hear the story of how you built up your social media audience?

Social media is one of the top platforms for a small business to advertise from and show case there products with little or no cost, as we all know building clients for your brand is hard netherless a platform like Instagram, Facebook and tik tok could help you tremendously 80 percent of my clientele came from different social media platforms, you can reach people from all walks of life, social media connects the world so for a small business like mine it’s a wonderful way to connect with people.
With that being said creating a social media presence takes time just like anything you need to have patience and determination it could start slow yet once you establish your self and stay consistent it could work for your business as well, one thing that I do suggest is use the advertisement feature on different platforms they do help bring in views, subscription, and new members to your page.
Start small understand and create a plan on who you want to reach on social media, create content that attracts the clients you want, make things fun and creative, my last piece of advice is never worry about what other people are doing create your own lane for your own clients create something that sets you apart from other don’t follow trends, create them!

We’d love to hear the story of how you turned a side-hustle into a something much bigger.

when I started this business it was a small startup company a side hustle to be exact, with being a single father raising a teenage daughter on my own I still needed income to provide for us, I had to keep a 9 to 5 job while still working on my side hustle, after 8 hours of a day job I still came home and focused on my own company as well as being a father to my child, I worked many long nights writing and creating content to help people, as well as writing two books in the process of all this, day in and day out I tried getting my business off the ground, nevertheless with determination, Networking and advertising i got my first breakthrough I was invited to speak at a motivational seminar and ever since then my company began to grow instantly creating a revenue that I could substantially live off, that one invitation made my side hustle into my career and I’m so grateful till this day for that opportunity.
I have had many milestones this year from publishing Two Book, to being featured on three magazines to being invited to speak at one of the biggest seminars in New York, my advice to anyone that thinks there side hustle could never become there career think again dreams come true as long as you stay true to yourself and keep working hard on your craft.
