I am an island girl turned New Yorker, a mother of three, an entrepreneur, and a spiritual being living life and walking in my purpose. With a mindset that “everything happens for a reason”, I took a bad experience at a nail salon and used it as the catalyst for the launch of my business. My goal is to educate my clients while focusing on laying a proper foundation to maintain the integrity of their natural nails/hair.

What’s worked well for you in terms of a source for new clients?

When servicing I try to create a safe and serene space for my clients to relax and feel at ease. I focus on providing quality in a time efficient manner. I understand that life can get busy and most people want a job well done without sacrificing their entire day.

Because of this I notice that my clients often refer me to their friends and family allowing my clientele to grow at a steady but massive rate. They have been my holy grail as it pertains to achieving new clients.

Any thoughts, advice, or strategies you can share for fostering brand loyalty?

One thing I noticed is that a lot of my clients really value our time spent together. They get to unload… whether they need to vent, chat or express excitement for something. I’m like their therabestie, therapist + bestie.

We often keep in touch via social media, text or email. My clients love sending me inspiration pictures or videos randomly that we would connect over or an idea they may have. They are so good at keeping me inspired and I appreciate them for that.
