Hi Nick, thanks for joining us today. Do you think folks should manage their own social media or hire a professional? What do you do?
I have made the decision to manage my own social media presence for now, as I want to uphold a strong personal brand image. As I continue to grow, I plan to assemble a team to support me in this endeavor. Currently, my primary focus is on Instagram, with the goal of expanding to YouTube in the future.
Consistency, engagement, and delivering value are key principles I follow to provide the best possible experience to my clients and potential clients. I believe it is crucial to offer both entertainment and educational content. To set myself apart in the market, I constantly explore innovative ways to market myself. For instance, I utilize my FPV Drone to capture captivating footage of homes or create a comprehensive New Construction Guide. These approaches allow me to provide unique experiences and differentiate myself from the industry standard.
Although managing my social media requires significant time and effort, I consider it a worthwhile investment in the long run. Currently, I personally handle all aspects of the content creation process, including filming, editing, and graphic design. While this can be time-consuming, I am passionate about these tasks, and I aim to incorporate my skills into showcasing my clients’ homes and dream homes. By doing so, I can provide something distinct and exceptional to my audience.

In 2017, I embarked on my real estate journey in Charleston, SC, where I quickly rose to the position of Selling Sales Manager with my former brokerage. This role took me to El Paso, Texas, where I had the opportunity to work with a production builder, expanding my knowledge and experience. Seeking new horizons, I decided to make sunny Florida my home and have been based in Orlando for the past four years.
To further enhance the quality of service I provide to my clients, I made the decision to join Compass, a real estate company that offers cutting-edge technology and tools. With this move, I can elevate my clients’ experience by utilizing the best real estate technology available in the industry. While my specialization lies in new construction, my affiliation with Compass enables me to better serve buyers as well as assist them in listing and selling their homes. This expanded scope allows me to offer a comprehensive and seamless experience throughout the entire real estate process.
My ultimate goal is to ensure that my clients have the best possible experience when buying or selling a home, as I understand the inherent stress involved in these transactions. I have witnessed firsthand the significance of effective communication, which is often a challenge in various industries, particularly in real estate. Therefore, I have learned to prioritize communication, emphasizing prompt and clear interactions with my clients. Additionally, I recognize the value of discipline and attention to detail in this field. Every transaction is unique, and that is what truly excites me about this career—I am constantly learning and evolving to provide the highest level of service.
