Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Nichole Lee. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Nichole , appreciate you joining us today. If you had a defining moment that you feel really changed the trajectory of your career, we’d love to hear the story and details.
For 20 years, I served as a global business consulting leader, helping fortune 500 companies navigate major transformation initiatives around the world. I thought my life was great until my mother and best friend died of cancer in 2018. Not only was I grieving, I also began questioning everything about my life, including who I was and my purpose.
Through self-discovery, mentorship and therapy, I rediscovered the true me and healed from a lot of trauma along the way. My mother’s death taught me that life is too precious and too short to not be living in your truth and aligned to your purpose.
And as a result, I truly took the leap of faith, leaving my 20-year career of transforming organizations to helping people transform their lives.
I now serve as a heart-centered trauma-informed healer, intuitive guide, certified life coach and holistic practitioner, providing a safe space for my clients to feel seen, heard and understood, while also providing practical tools to help them rediscover who they are, heal from past pain, and reach new heights in their lives.
Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.- I think this question is supposed to be about expertise and specialty as I answered the current question above…
My key focus and specialty is helping individuals navigating significant life transitions, which can encompass a variety of situations, from career shifts, relationship changes, to losing a loved one, and they are feeling unfulfilled, stuck, overwhelmed, or uninspired. I help them embrace their transition as an opportunity for evolution and elevation, rediscover who they are, heal from their past, and design a life they love.
When I work with clients, I take a holistic approach – looking at mind, body, soul, and emotions. I’m certified in several modalities, including hypnotherapy, meditation, energy healing, life coaching, and health coaching. These, combined with my personal experiences, enable me to provide a more comprehensive and customized approach in supporting my clients’ unique needs.
In addition, being trauma-informed equips me with the ability to recognize and understand behaviors or personal aspects rooted in past traumas that may be causing my clients’ current challenges. By delving deeper than conventional methods, I aim to help my clients uncover the root of their challenges, helping them fully understand themselves and their behaviors.

Are there any books, videos, essays or other resources that have significantly impacted your management and entrepreneurial thinking and philosophy?
There are a few books that are my go to’s for personal and professional enlightenment
1) The Go-Giver, Expanded Edition: A Little Story About a Powerful Business Idea by Bob Burg
2) The Courage to Be Disliked: How to Free Yourself, Change Your Life, and Achieve Real Happiness by Ichiro Kishimi, Fumitake Koga, et al.
3) The Four Agreements: A Practical Guide to Personal Freedom by Don Miguel Ruiz
4) The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success by Deepak Chopra
Putting training and knowledge aside, what else do you think really matters in terms of succeeding in your field?
Success for me is ensuring that I live out the call on my life in helping people transform their lives and live in their truth. One of the most helpful reminders came from the book, the Go-Giver: “The most valuable give I can offer to the world is myself.” So the more I know who I am and show up fully in it, creating spaces of safety, love and compassion, the more “successful” I will be.
