We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Nichole Campbell a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Nichole , looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. What did your parents do right and how has that impacted you in your life and career?
The things that my parents did right was always show us love. My parents were always a big part of our lives in making sure we went to school, graduate, and introducing us the Lord. They always made sure we knew the value of family and spending time together. Were they perfect No ! None of us are perfect but they made sure to raise us the best way they knew how. They made sure we worked hard to know the value of working and having your own.

Nichole , love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
My name is Reverend Nichole Campbell. I am an ordained minister. I am a certified life and spiritual coach , a non profit founder, mom, daughter, sister and friend. I recently launched my online ministry called Christ-led Ministry. The idea came about because of my love for people. I started The Sisters Social Inc a non profit who helps women in business to get started. I was already a 2x certified life coach but felt a higher calling to do more. I was ordained in November 2024 and decided to fully launch my ministry to reach those who may not attend church regularly or those who just need a word. I wanted a space where all would feel welcome to join. We meet every other week on Zoom where we can get a word to carry us. I love people! I love to help! I love to minister! I love God ! Lessons I have learned throughout the years that no matter who supports you keep going !! The vision was given to you for a reason so walk in it even if you have to walk alone. You’d be surprised just by you sharing your gifts with others who you might touch or even help!

We often hear about learning lessons – but just as important is unlearning lessons. Have you ever had to unlearn a lesson?
A lesson I had to unlearn was thinking everyone would support your dreams or vision. I used to think hey if I have this idea everyone would jump in with me. It was a hard lesson to learn but as I have grown I know that when God gives you an idea trust in him to send you the right support system and he will. I will say this as well sometimes it’s best to keep quiet about your ideas until everything is executed. I remember sharing my ideas prematurely and before I could get it off the ground there were some who didn’t believe in me. We have to understand things sometimes don’t just happen over night it takes time and consistency.

We’d love to hear a story of resilience from your journey.
My journey actually began years before I even knew which direction I would be going in. All I knew is I wanted to help others in any way I could. Whether it was from The Sisters Social Inc, Life and Spiritual Coaching, or Ministry. I just wanted to help others. Have I been rejected in some spaces yes ! Have I had some to turn their backs on me when I thought they had my back yes ! But I’ve pressed forward. Will you have naysayers Yes but you have to keep going. I press forward for my Children who are watching me. When I became an ordained minister I was so excited about what the Lord was doing. He also placed the right people in my path and they have been my motivation to keep going !
