Nguyen, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Alright, so you had your idea and then what happened? Can you walk us through the story of how you went from just an idea to executing on the idea
I started Le Réussi in 2020 during the Covid pandemic. At that time, like many people, I was concerned about the shortage of face masks and started sewing masks for my family, neighbors, and friends. I received many compliments about my masks and even had people asking me to make clothes for them.
At first, I wasn’t sure about starting a fashion business, as I was involved in a different industry. However, the idea of creating value for women fashionably and successfully began to take hold in my mind. I had grown up around tailors, with my late mom and sisters all having experience in the field, so fashion was in my blood.
I am a firm believer in women’s independence and power, and I wanted to create a brand that would reflect those values. That’s how Le Réussi was born. I started by researching the local market and designing products that would appeal to women who wanted to look stylish and feel confident.
It wasn’t an easy process, as starting any business comes with challenges, especially during a pandemic. But I was determined to turn my idea into a reality. I spent a lot of time and energy developing my brand, from creating a website and social media accounts to finding a location for my store.
Despite the obstacles, I remained focused and committed to my vision. Today, Le Réussi is a successful fashion brand that empowers women to feel confident and stylish in their everyday lives. The journey wasn’t easy, but I’m proud of what I’ve accomplished and excited to see what the future holds for my brand.

My name is Nguyen Tran, and I’m the founder of Le Réussi, a fashion brand based in Houston, Texas. I have always been passionate about fashion, and my family’s background in tailoring helped to instill a love for clothing in me from a young age. When the Covid pandemic hit, I saw an opportunity to create a brand that would empower women to feel confident and stylish in their everyday lives.
