Alright, Neysa thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. So let’s jump to your mission – what’s the backstory behind how you developed the mission that drives your brand?

NJ Kingdom Enterprises is an incubator for Dreams, birthed out of my passion to ignite, nurture, and empower the visions of Creatives, budding Entrepreneurs & Non-profit startups, who may be struggling to launch

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.

My background is a MOSAIC. Over the past 30 years, I have occupied a variety of roles: Microbiologist, Educator, Certified Grant Writer & Manager, Business Process Manager, Non-Profit Operations Manager & Certified Life Coach.

I believe that all of these experiences have led me to where I am today. No wasted opportunities is my mantra.

I call myself a “Purpose Philanthropist”.

As I embark upon early retirement, my purpose is to help others embrace theirs. I call upon every skill, expertise & knowledge asset that I’ve gained over the years, and infuse them into my brand.

I don’t think anything really worth doing is ever “smooth”.

My biggest challenge was perhaps a “Mind-Shift” transition. Shifting from the security of ” Corporate America” to the uncertainty of entrepreneurship is a huge lift.

I had to essentially become my first client! The lessons, exercises & clarity accompanying Purpose Coaching- that I now provide for my clients- I had to first digest myself.

NJ Kingdom Enterprises is my “For- Passion” venture, where I provide Life Clarity Coaching, Grant Consulting, and Social Media Content Creation.

My For- Profit venture – Babcock Healthcare Education Services, is what I call my “silent partner”. Our family owned business of 25 plus years affords me the stability, cushion, and support to build my philanthropic arm.
Babcock Healthcare Education Services is a American Heart Association National Training Center for BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Instructor Courses. Our entrepreneurial focus enables hundreds of healthcare professionals to start and scale their own cpr training businesses. We are most proud of this offering, as it has provided so many with an extra income stream. During these trying times, this opportunity has been a great value-add to so many .

Learning and unlearning are both critical parts of growth – can you share a story of a time when you had to unlearn a lesson?

Life is a journey of lessons- I have learned many. I had to unlearn a vital lesson about immediate monetization. In my era, I was taught, ” if it isn’t making an immediate profit, then it has no value. Monetization was at the forefront of the business plan.

However, the truth is, not all mission lend themselves to immediate revenue generation. Some of them take time. That doesn’t make them less valuable.

So, as a resolution, I learned that having a “silent partner” business to provide fiscal security, while you build your passion project, is an awesome strategy. I had to embrace this concept and see it as a wise strategy, not a failure. It was a valuable mindset shift. Now, I am able to develop, grow, and yes monetize my “Passion Project”, without the stress.

Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?

People want to know you… the authentic, everyday, personal you!

I started building my social media presence by telling my story.
I produced video shorts, logo animations, and quotes, all around who I am and what I do.

In addition, I am a self-published author. One of my most enjoyable promotions involved giving my audience an intimate view of my book writing process. I received many interactions and met many new purpose partners, as I shared videos and reels of the steps involved in self- publishing.
