What’s something you feel your parents did right that impacted you positively.

My mother pours a lot into me. She allows me to just be and supports my dreams. When I told her I wanted to start a t-shirt business, she invested in my idea. She even got me a storefront as a Christmas present. I am grateful for my mother.

We are a locally owned small business in Burnsville Minnesota. All of our items are handmade and customized in our store. We can custom print clothing and merchandise for events, bridal showers, bachelorette parties, birthday parties, business events, sports teams, and any group activities big or small. We are proud when our customers are satisfied not only with the quality of products we provide but also our exceptional service. As a young entrepreneur , it was important to me to have a brand that talks about mental health. Although we create custom items . I have two collections I’m the most proud of. I have “A healthy mind is an Asset” for adults and my feelings are okay for youth/children with different emojis. My mom is a Licensed Social Worker so we talk a lot mental health in my household.

What’s been the best source of new clients for you?

Our customers bring us new clients. We strive to provide excellent customer service to our customers. Word of mouth goes a long for small businesses. We also use social media and working on utilizing email marketing.

What’s a lesson you had to unlearn and what’s the backstory?

I had to learn and I’m still learning my Marketing audience. I used to go to plenty of vendor of events. Most were very successful but one of them were not. It was at that point where I had to be mindful of vendor events I joined. We hand make our products so plenty of work and effort goes into preparing for events.
