Today we’d like to introduce you to Nell Tice.

Hi Nell, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
My husband and I love to travel, so in 2019, we decided to start a travel vlog on YouTube. Everyone was already asking us where we were going next or recommendations for certain places, so it just seemed like the natural thing to do. We were also following a few other travel vloggers at the time, so we thought, hey, we can do that too! We started the vlog in December of 2019, and of course, we all know what happened just a couple of months later. When travel came to a halt, we started thinking of ways to keep the channel going. We bought some new equipment, I started to study video editing a bit more, we even filmed our morning routines and cooking videos, just to keep putting content out. You absolutely cannot be successful on YouTube if you do not put out consistent content. Fast forward 5 years and we are now in our 5th year of business with our company, enTICEing Media, managing YouTube channels, doing post-production for video and audio, producing podcasts, and radio shows. It’s crazy to look back and think, we did that.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Ha! If any entrepreneur answers “yes” to this question, I’d like to shake their hand. I truly believe that no road to success, whatever it means to you, is completely smooth. It’s all perception and mindset. You have a choice to either look at a challenge as a huge issue that cannot be solved, or use it as a lesson to better prepare for the future. We all have struggles, especially when you’re very new at this. In the beginning, one of the biggest struggles was dealing with the change and shift this creates within your ecosystem. Family, friends, they all have opinions, some object, downright cut you out, or even become closer than you were before. It’s a major change for everyone in your life, not just you.

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about enTICEing Media?
enTICEing Media was born out of a passion to become separate from the norm, fully enjoy life through the eyes of a lens, and help others do the same. Currently, we specialize in video post-production and YouTube channel management. We are known for being “everywhere” and that’s where we strive to be for our clients. Whether you’re filming your own content and you need someone to help you edit, upload, and optimize or you need someone to help you every step of the way to get your story out to the world, as far and wide as possible, we’re here and happy to help. I think what sets us apart is just that, we absolutely care about getting your content, your story, and you in front of as many of your audience members as possible. How do you think about happiness?
Freedom, food, travel, healthy relationships, business, good weather, connecting people, hearing about people doing good things, live radio, life. Life is what makes me happy.
