Nekeria , looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. What’s the backstory behind how you came up with the idea for your business?

Becoming A Business Owner Was Me Taking A Risk I Didn’t Know Anything About What I Was Getting Myself Into Or How I Would Know It Would Work For Me I Was A Stripper And Wanted To Get Out The Game And I Told Myself I Wanted To Do Something That Would Make Me Twice As Much As I Made Stripping It Was Scary But exciting At The Same Time I Started To Do My Research After Jumping Head first In the Business Industry I Created My Own Website & Logo And Came Up With My Name Which Is “ Chocolate’s Fashion Beautique” , I Started Off A Little Rocky My First Year Because I Was Putting More Money In Then What I Profited And Had To Flip Consistently To Build My clientele Yes I Wanted To Turn Back Many Times But I Kept Going It’s Now Been 3 Year’s Of Me Being in Business And It Has Upgraded And Become Successful . I’m Now A Publish Author I Publish My First Book Called “ Overcoming The Black Sheep Which It Tells A True Story Of How I Overcame Being Poor, Raped, A 9th Grade Dropped , Ex Stripper, prostitution , Family Abuse At Such A Young Age To Becoming A Business Owner , Motivational Speaker, Business Mentor & Publish Author At The Age Of 26 Year’s Old I Also Just Released My 2nd Book Called “Walking With Purpose” Where It Explains How To Free Your Mind From property And It Explains How You Can Become Anything You Want Without Having Any Money And It Explains How I Did It All Without Any Money , I Am The 1st Of My Family To Be Doing What I’m Doing Today And I Self Taught And Did Everything Myself With Creating My Own Book Cover Photo’s To Writing And Publishing My Own Books To Creating My Website’s And Coming Up With The Names To Being My Own Model For My Brand And I Couldn’t Have Done It Without The Help Of My fiancé He Has Worked Just As Hard As Me To Help Invest In My Dream’s And To Believing In Me I Also Helped Coach Him Into Being My photographer And He Take’s Great Pictures Of Me For Our Business Is Hard Work But I Don’t Regret Anything I Absolutely Found My Purpose In Life And I Love What I Do

When First Getting Into Business You Have To Be Ready To Discipline Yourself And Cut Back/ Out On A lot Of Thing’s You Love Like Going To The Club , Hanging Out With Your Friend’s Etc. Because That Can Be A Distraction Of Building Your Business And Being Inconsistent, What Make My Business Different From Other’s Is Because I’m authentic I Love To Switch Thing’s Up Weather It’s The Style Of My Website , Switching Up My Clothes Or Both And I’m All For The Customers I Pay Attention On Their liking Then My Own And I let My speak for itself I’m my best supporter and weather it gets A Million Like’s or 0 I still promote and doesn’t care who supports me or not .

Can you open up about how you funded your business?

When it Comes Down To Funding My Business I Had To sacrifice A lot The First 2 Years Of Me Being In Business Was Hell Being Honest I Had To Flip My Entire Two Year’s Of Being In Business Just To Build My Clientele I Had To Have A Sale Like Almost Every Two To 3 Month’s And That’s Why It’s Good Set Your Price’s A Little High So When It’s Time To Do A sale You Want Get Less For Nothing

Like I Said previously Doing Sales And promotion is what helped me build My clientele within your first 2 year’s of being in business is what this will consist Of Promotion helps When customers trust Once they see you’re in it to stay the. That’s when they’ll shop I remember first coming out with my business i didn’t get my 2nd order until the 4 month of being in business it took them so look to shop I Cried Nights Thinking I made the wrong decision But Overtime it gets better Especially if you’re serious and Passionate
