We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Neisha Jones. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Neisha below.
Hi Neisha , thanks for joining us today. How did you come up with the idea for your business?
Becoming an entrepreneur wasn’t something I always planned. It was something I felt. A pull, deep in my spirit, that told me I was meant to create something bigger than myself. I didn’t know what it would look like exactly, but I knew I was built for more than just going through the motions of a “normal” life.
The moment it truly clicked for me was late one night, pre-COVID, before the world shifted and everything slowed down. I was lying in bed, wide awake. My mind was racing — not with stress, but with visions. Visions of the life I could be living, the impact I could be making, and the freedom I could be walking in if I just bet on myself.
That night, I had a moment of stillness that turned into clarity. I asked myself:
“What do I love? What am I already good at? What are women around me struggling with that I naturally have solutions for?”
The answer was clear: confidence, lifestyle, beauty, and freedom.
I’d always been that girl the one who kept her body right, who encouraged other women, who had an eye for luxury, travel, style, and looking good while feeling good. It wasn’t just about aesthetics — it was about empowerment. And I realized:
There were gaps in the market especially brands that made real women feel seen, sexy, and in control of their lives.
So I decided to build my own lane.
-The Logic Behind It:
What made sense to me was this:
If I could turn what I already love — fitness, beauty, travel, and empowerment — into structured, value-based businesses, then I could serve people authentically and get paid to do what comes naturally to me.
I wasn’t starting businesses just to sell products. I was solving real problems:
• Women wanting to feel snatched, confident, and put together –> Waiatsnobs
• People wanting to travel better, earn more, and create freedom –> Snob Lifestyle Travel
• Women struggling to find luxury hair extensions that look, feel, and last like real beauty should –> Snob Luxe Collections
I realized: nobody was putting it all together in one voice, one movement, one brand family — until I did.
-The Emotion Behind It:
I was tired of settling.
Tired of working jobs that didn’t feed my purpose.
Tired of watching others live the life I knew I could have if I stopped overthinking and started moving.
Starting my businesses wasn’t about hype it was about healing, helping, and honoring the woman I’m becoming.
That was the moment I stopped waiting for permission and gave myself the power to become the CEO of my life.

Neisha , before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
I’m a multi-business CEO and visionary entrepreneur. I currently run three growing brands that each serve women in different but equally powerful ways:
-Waiatsnobs – A brand dedicated to women’s confidence, beauty, and body empowerment. We offer products designed to keep women snatched, stylish, and secure in their skin.
-Snob Lifestyle Travel – I run a travel brokerage where I book luxury travel experiences and also teach others how to enter and succeed in the trillion-dollar travel industry. My mission is to help others earn more, explore more, and expand their lives through travel.
– Snob Luxe Collections – A premium beauty brand that provides luxury Southeast Asian extensions. We believe every woman deserves to feel powerful and polished, and our hair helps bring that energy to life.

Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?
I believe what helped me build a strong reputation not just in business but in impact comes down to three core things: authenticity, consistency, and value.
1. Authenticity
From day one, I’ve shown up as me. I never tried to be who I wasn’t. Whether I was posting content, launching a product, or speaking life into someone through my brand, I always led with realness. People can feel when it’s genuine and I think that’s why they connect with me. I don’t just sell, I serve. I pour into my brand like I pour into myself: with intention, love, and truth.
2. Consistency
People support what they see you commit to. And I’ve been consistent not just when it’s easy, but when it’s uncomfortable, quiet, or challenging. I’ve been building publicly and privately for years, and people respect that. They’ve seen the growth, the elevation, and the way I stay in my lane and continue to evolve without losing my identity. That builds trust and trust is what keeps people rooting for you.
3. Value
I’ve always made sure that my businesses provide real solutions to real people. Whether it’s helping a woman feel confident in her body, coaching someone into their first travel sale, or giving someone that slay-from-the-inside-out energy with luxury hair my brands are rooted in value and experience. That speaks louder than hype ever could.
Family, friends, and even strangers support me because they see the vision, but more importantly they see the work.
They see the discipline, the faith, and the fact that I never asked for handouts, I built it. I stayed true to who I am, I moved with purpose, and I continue to show people what’s possible when you walk in alignment.
Support is a reflection of energy. And I believe the energy I put out through my work, my story, and my spirit is what keeps that support coming in.

Can you tell us about what’s worked well for you in terms of growing your clientele?
The most effective strategy for growing my businesses has been staying consistent, staying visible, and staying in alignment with my purpose.
I didn’t just build brands, I built trust, and that doesn’t happen overnight.
1. Branding with Purpose
I made sure that every brand I created had a clear mission whether it was helping women feel confident, coaching people toward freedom through travel, or providing top-tier beauty products. When people know why you do what you do, they connect deeper. I’ve always made sure my audience feels like they’re part of something bigger a movement, not just a product.
2. Leveraging Social Media + Storytelling
I consistently showed up on social media even when I didn’t feel like it. I shared the journey, not just the wins. I let people into the process. That transparency builds loyalty. When people watch you grow, they feel connected and they want to support you. Real people buy into real stories.
3. Mindset + Faith
Entrepreneurship is spiritual. It’s mental. It’s emotional. The way I talk to myself, the way I lean into God, and the way I overcome self-doubt has helped me stay grounded. Because strategy without mindset won’t get you far. I made a commitment to keep going, even when it was slow and that consistency compounded.
4. Word of Mouth & Results
I’ve always focused on delivering results. Whether someone bought from me once or became a repeat client, I made sure the experience was top-tier. That created word-of-mouth buzz that marketing money can’t buy. People talk about what impacts them and that’s been a huge driver of organic growth.
