We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Neeraj Sharma a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Neeraj, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Do you think folks should manage their own social media or hire a professional? What do you do?
I manage all my social media by myself, however i have a team to create content

Neeraj, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
Hi, I’m Neeraj, a passionate content creator and storyteller based in India. I specialize in photography, filmmaking, and technology-related content that empowers and inspires people to pursue creativity in their everyday lives. My journey into this field began with a deep love for capturing the world through a lens and sharing those stories with others. Over time, I realized that this passion could become a full-time endeavor, leading me to start my own YouTube channel and social media platforms.
My work primarily revolves around creating engaging, educational, and visually stunning content about photography techniques, filmmaking tips, gear reviews, and creative technology. Through my YouTube channel and Instagram pages—nsb.pictures (for creativity-focused content) and ti.psss (for tech-centric tips)—I aim to simplify complex topics, provide actionable insights, and help others elevate their creative skills.
What sets me apart?
I believe it’s my authentic storytelling and focus on practical, relatable advice. I ensure that every piece of content feels genuine, whether it’s about mastering a camera setting, editing workflows, or discussing the best tools for content creation. Being rooted in my Indian background also gives my content a unique flavor, resonating with a diverse audience, especially those seeking local, real-world perspectives.
What do I solve for my audience?
• For creators: I break down intimidating concepts into digestible and actionable steps, helping them improve their craft without feeling overwhelmed.
• For tech enthusiasts: I help them make informed decisions about the best tools, gadgets, and workflows to support their creative pursuits.
• For beginners: I encourage them to take that first step toward exploring their creative side with approachable tutorials and advice.
What am I most proud of?
The strong connection I’ve built with my audience. Many of my followers share how my content has inspired them to pursue photography, start creating videos, or take their content to the next level. Seeing their growth and passion ignites my drive to keep creating. I’m also proud of my team, NSB Team, who are integral to bringing these ideas to life. Together, we focus on maintaining high production quality and meaningful storytelling.
What do I want my audience to know?
I’m on a mission to build a creative community where ideas, knowledge, and inspiration flow freely. Whether you’re here to learn, collaborate, or simply enjoy visually engaging content, my platforms are a space for all creative souls. My work is ever-evolving, and I’m always open to feedback, suggestions, and opportunities to grow together with my audience.
Ultimately, my goal is to make creativity accessible to everyone and remind people that with the right mindset and tools, they can create something extraordinary.

We’d love to hear a story of resilience from your journey.
One of the most defining moments of my journey was in 2021 when my YouTube channel, which I had started back in 2016 and grown to over 1.2 million subscribers, got deleted unexpectedly. It felt like my entire world had crumbled overnight. Years of hard work, sleepless nights, and dedication to building that platform just vanished. For a brief moment, it felt like everything I had worked for was gone.
But instead of letting it break me, I saw it as a challenge to rebuild. I reminded myself why I started in the first place—to share my passion and inspire others through creativity. With that mindset, I started from scratch, launched a new channel, and began creating content again. I focused on what mattered most: consistency, quality, and connecting with my audience.
Fast forward just three years, and I’m proud to say my channel is now at 1.5 million subscribers and growing every day. That experience taught me resilience like nothing else ever could. It reinforced that setbacks, no matter how big, are temporary if you’re willing to keep pushing forward.
I share this story not just as a personal milestone, but as a reminder to anyone facing tough times: It’s okay to feel defeated momentarily, but don’t let it define your journey. If you’re passionate about something, nothing can stop you—not even a complete reset.

Is there a particular goal or mission driving your creative journey?
My creative journey is deeply rooted in the idea of Ikigai, a Japanese concept that translates to “reason for being.” It’s about finding the intersection of what you love, what you’re good at, what the world needs, and what you can be rewarded for. For me, creating content around photography, filmmaking, and technology sits perfectly at this intersection.
I genuinely love what I do—every shoot, every edit, every moment of interaction with my audience brings me joy. It’s not just about numbers or milestones; it’s about the process and the impact. I feel a sense of fulfillment knowing that my work inspires others, helps them learn something new, or motivates them to start their own creative journey.
Ultimately, my goal is simple: to wake up every day excited about the work I do, to grow as a creator, and to continue building a community where creativity thrives. If my journey inspires even one person to find their own Ikigai, I’d consider that a win.
