We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Neal Conlon. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Neal below.
Alright, Neal thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Alright, so you had your idea and then what happened? Can you walk us through the story of how you went from just an idea to executing on the idea
My girlfriend always compares me to the Dos Equis commercial, the world’s most interesting man. Ive had this non-linear journey that brought me through 20 years of experience, trials, failures, and wins. I dont wish that journey on anyone. I do wish all the lessons to be shared with people and put them in front of the line for success.
And that’s why I started coaching people. I launched the business in 2020 as a mens coaching program and it has grown to have multiple courses for business, both men and women, events, and a group coaching program.
Starting a business is the ultimate reflection of how you show up in the world and that’s what it has been for me.
Today we serve our clients
Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
My name is Neal Conlon, and I’ve dedicated my career to empowering individuals and organizations to break through barriers and build momentum for success. My journey into the world of coaching, business consulting, and personal development has been deeply influenced by my military background, particularly as a US Marine Corps veteran. That foundation of discipline, resilience, and leadership shaped the way I view business and personal growth today.
After my time in the military, I transitioned into sales, where I quickly learned that mindset and accountability were crucial to success. I went on to play pivotal roles in companies like Plurilock, where I helped lead them to go public, and Appguard, where I helped raise $100 million in just three years. My diverse experiences across sales, business strategy, and leadership led me to create Press Forward, a coaching and consulting program designed to help entrepreneurs, business owners, and executives break through their own limits and reach new levels of success.
Through Press Forward, I offer a range of services, from high-level strategic consulting to deep-dive coaching programs. The goal is simple: help clients gain clarity, build momentum, and achieve measurable growth. I focus on the areas that matter most—mindset, systems, and personal accountability. Clients who work with me are often seeking to overcome feelings of overwhelm, break through sales plateaus, or find more balance in their work and life. I help them not only focus on their goals but also build the structures and systems to maintain success long-term.
What sets me apart is my holistic approach to growth. I’m not just about delivering results—I’m about creating lasting change. My coaching focuses on cultivating a growth mindset, emotional intelligence, and the kind of self-accountability that drives real, sustainable results. Through a combination of practical strategies, personalized coaching, and access to tools like my Sales Journal, Press Forward Blueprint, and Precision Coaching, I provide a roadmap that’s designed to give my clients the clarity and focus they need to scale their businesses with confidence.
I’m most proud of the impact I’ve had on the lives of the people I’ve worked with—whether it’s helping someone create a $100K sales pipeline or guiding a CEO through a complex transition. The feedback I get from clients who’ve found their momentum again or who’ve made transformative changes in their businesses and personal lives is the most rewarding aspect of my work.
What I want potential clients and followers to know is that Press Forward is not just about achieving success—it’s about creating a life and business that aligns with your values, your purpose, and your goals. I truly believe that the combination of mindset and systems is what enables people to break through their limits, and that’s what I aim to provide through my coaching. If you’re ready to break free from limitations and build the future you’ve always wanted, I’d love to help you Press Forward.
We’d love to hear a story of resilience from your journey.
The Precision Coach How Neal Conlon is Redefining Leadership and High-Performance Coaching
Introduction
In a world where hustle culture often overshadows mindfulness and strategy, Neal Conlon, known as The Precision Coach, is forging a new path—one rooted in discipline, clarity, and transformation. A former U.S. Marine, Ironman athlete, tech entrepreneur, and father of three, Conlon’s life is a masterclass in momentum. Through his coaching brand Press Forward and a reputation built on precision and performance, he’s helping entrepreneurs, executives, and visionaries unlock levels of potential they never thought possible.
From the Battlefield to the Boardroom
Neal Conlon’s story begins in the rigorous ranks of the U.S. Marine Corps. The battlefield became his first crucible of leadership, where he learned the foundational elements of mental toughness, adaptability, and mission-driven execution. But for Conlon, the transition from service to civilian life was hard and not a departure from discipline—it was an evolution.
“I learned very early on that clarity and precision win battles. That’s true in battle, and it’s equally true in business and life,” Conlon says.
After leaving the military, he channeled this philosophy into a fast-paced corporate career. Over the years, he became a serial entrepreneur—building and scaling businesses in digital marketing, cybersecurity, and performance coaching. One of his crowning achievements: With an executive team, raising over $100 million in capital, leading sales for a company to go public, and building a global sales operation.
The Rise of ‘The Precision Coach’
While many in the coaching industry lean on hype and hustle, Conlon carved out a lane of his own. His methodology, which he brands as Precision Coaching, centers around clarity of intention, focused execution, and sustainable momentum.
“Success isn’t about doing more. It’s about doing what matters, precisely and repeatedly,” he explains.
Through Press Forward, Neal has coached over 1,000 entrepreneurs, executives, and high-performance teams, guiding them to scale without burnout. His clients don’t just hit their goals—they redefine them.
Whether it’s organizing high-level mastermind events, leading retreats, or offering one-on-one intensives, Conlon’s approach is immersive. He integrates neuroscience, military discipline, business strategy, and a strong dose of personal accountability.
Momentum is the Mission
One of Conlon’s signature mantras is: “Get Momentum. Keep Momentum.” It’s more than a catchphrase—it’s a philosophy that underpins every piece of his brand, from coaching calls to keynote stages.
He believes momentum is the key ingredient often missing in today’s entrepreneurial space. Too many leaders burn out chasing success, while others stagnate because of indecision or a lack of clarity.
“Momentum isn’t speed for the sake of speed,” Neal says. “It’s the conscious decision to move forward every day—even if it’s one inch at a time.”
Through tools, frameworks, and real-world execution strategies, Neal equips his clients with systems that create measurable forward movement—both in revenue and personal growth.
Dad, Ironman, Human First
Beyond the accolades and achievements, Conlon’s most meaningful role is being a father of three. “I’m a 3xDad before I’m a 3xFounder,” he often shares on social media, reminding his audience that true success must be holistic.
This balance is mirrored in his personal commitments. Neal has completed several Ironman triathlons—one of the most grueling endurance events in the world—while simultaneously running multiple businesses.
“Ironman taught me that the human body can do incredible things when the mind is aligned with the mission,” he notes. It’s no surprise that mental fortitude is a cornerstone of his coaching methodology.
Digital Influence & Media Presence
With over 23,000 followers on Instagram and nearly 4,000 posts, Neal’s digital footprint reflects his consistent dedication to empowerment. His Instagram page (@iamnealconlon) is a blend of tactical insights, life philosophy, motivational reels, and behind-the-scenes content from events and masterminds.
One recent video—a giveaway for a year-long coaching package—garnered hundreds of views and interactions, proving that his audience is not only growing but engaged.
He also uses his platform to spotlight other leaders and creators, building a community that thrives on collaboration and shared momentum.
What’s Next for Neal Conlon?
With the launch of his revamped website and new programs under the Get Momentum umbrella, Neal is scaling his impact even further. Plans for international retreats, corporate partnerships, and performance labs are already in motion.
In 2025, he aims to expand into more enterprise leadership training while keeping one foot firmly planted in the entrepreneur space. Neal also has a book in development, focused on his Precision Coaching framework and the intersection of purpose and performance.
His vision? “To equip 10,000 leaders with the clarity and conviction to change the world—not someday, but today.”
