Alright, Nazie thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Was there a defining moment in your professional career? A moment that changed the trajectory of your career?

In Feb 2020 I opened my wellness studio B’More Wellness Studio in Ellicott City, MD. My vision was a space for my psychotherapy practice and a space for other health, beauty and wellness practitioners to serve our clients. A little over a month later, the world shut down due to an unprecedented global pandemic. Most of my practitioners were unable to work as their services could only be done in person. I however took my entire psychotherapy practice online in a matter of days and never skipped a beat. It was in that moment of being able to connect to my clients from my couch that I realized the internet had the capability to make my world and my outreach exponentially bigger.

I had thought about integrating life coaching into my work for a while and with the whole world going online it seemed like the perfect opportunity. I decided to start my coaching business and haven’t looked back since. Doing so along with providing my clients Telehealth, allowed me to keep my studio up and running despite being completely shut down for almost 2 months and having very limited in person capabilities for several months beyond that.

Since then, I’ve worked with hundreds of clients all over the world including the UK, Guatemala, Romania, and Australia.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?

My mission is to help humans, just like you, create the life of their dreams. I’m passionate about empowering my clients to say no, set boundaries, ask for more money, and become in charge of their lives. Because you deserve the magical, limitless, and abundant first class life that you long for. As a licensed psychotherapist and coach for the past 16+ years, I’ve had the honor of guiding hundreds of souls into actualizing their true purpose on this earth and manifesting massive growth in all areas of their lives.

Career, business, love, money, whatever it is that your heart desires, I’ve got you. I create a space for my clients to clear out whatever it is that could be blocking them from bringing their flavor of magic into the world. As a vessel for radical self acceptance and radical self love and providing that for my clients it allows them to become a channel to achieve and bring forth whatever they were meant to bring into their lifetime.

I have extensive training and certifications in trauma and dissociative disorders and use expressive (art & other creative mediums), somatic (movement & breathwork based), and IFS/ “parts work” approaches in my work with clients. The mind, body, and spirit connection is at the heart of my work. These processes will show you exactly how to create the internal and external circumstances that you’ve always dreamed of, and you’ll realize it’s so much closer than you think!

I offer group programs, private coaching, and retreats.

Learning and unlearning are both critical parts of growth – can you share a story of a time when you had to unlearn a lesson?

I have always been very independent and high achieving. When I decided to go into business for myself I learned quickly that I couldn’t do it all alone. I had to zone in on my area of genius and learn to delegate other things to the experts. I hired a social media manager and virtual assistant to take things off my plate so I could focus my energy on serving my clients in the best way I know how!

What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?

Honesty, integrity, and authenticity will always come out on top. In this world of social media, trying to keep up appearances and “jones'” it is easy for entrepreneurs to get caught up in it all. But at the end of the day clients want real, authentic connections and they want to feel safe working with you, whatever your industry. My genuine care and love for my clients and their wellbeing is apparent and sets me apart from others who are simply going through the motions.

I am a huge believer in constantly growing and learning and am always investing in myself and my personal development. I truly walk the walk and don’t teach my clients anything that I haven’t fully embodied first.
