We recently connected with Nayendi Santos and have shared our conversation below.
Nayendi, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today What did your parents do right and how has that impacted you in your life and career?
What my parents did right gave me what they were unable to obtain back home in Honduras to finish their education and find opportunity because they were forced to migrate to the United States in search of a better life and opportunity for their families. Due to a lack of support and funds. It has had a significant impact on my life because they were able to show me and leave me with values. Even though they are no longer with me Dad died when I was 14 years old in Honduras in our family vacation ,due to medical issues, and Mom died when I was 24 years old in the US due to a doctor’s inelegance, and to never give up and strive for my dreams and what I want in real life. Also, no matter who doubted me, they always told me to keep striving and that in life you will fail many times but get back up because nothing is impossible in life when you work hard and sacrifice for what you want to achieve.
This has had a significant impact on my life because they are no longer present to see everything I have accumulated over the years. Because of everything they taught me, I am still furthering my education in order to leave a legacy for my children and prepare them for their future. My mother was a full-time cook at a covalence hospital for 25 years, and my father worked a couple of fast food jobs before quitting because he said he would not work for the government earning so little and having no time freedom, and he came to the states to grow and leave a legacy. He pursued his dream of being his own boss and doing what he enjoys most: helping people. As a mechanic, electrician, painter, and other occupations.
That’s where my dream of one day being my own boss began. Even though it took some time due to a lack of support, I did it and am now doing what I love by assisting families all over the world as a Financial Advisor, Motivational Speaker, and Coach.
I provide families and youth with financial assistance in the areas of business financing, credit improvement, rent reporting, investment opportunities, financial security, and legal services. My story is what I want everyone to know. My life has not been without its challenges, and it has also been filled with victories. My challenges have strengthened me and increased my understanding and appreciation of many companies.
I can honestly state that if it weren’t for all of my challenges, ups and downs (emotionally and physically), I wouldn’t be here telling my tale. Although achieving my goals has not been simple, in the end, what is important are the victories I have attained along the way. And The satisfaction I get from seeing how far I’ve come since starting my business is what makes my story and Career unique and powerful.
Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers
One of my proudest accomplishments is seeing any of my “shy” clients and followers succeed in their business or financial goals. Going from “I don’t know anyone, I’m shy, or I can’t” to “I don’t know anyone, I’m shy, or I can’t” are the moments that make me very proud. Why?
Because this means I was able to assist them in breaking out of their comfort zone and succeeding in their business, and all of this will bring me and that client even more blessings. I believe that if you help from the heart, blessings will automatically come your way.
How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?
Relationship building and By sharing my story. To build my market, I am always a student looking to learn from coaches and people who are doing better than me, and being open to criticism to improve. The most important aspect of my success has been personal development, which has gotten me to where I am now.
Have any books or other resources had a big impact on you?

First and foremost, I would like to pay credit to God, my parents Alejandra Sánchez and Regino Santos Castillo, and my incredible mentor who has supported me through good times and bad and never stopped encouraging and believing in me Ajeya Hongo and my friends that are now sisters that have consistently encouraged me daily and believed in me. Because of you guys, Yessica Bernardez, Aundrea Hall, Faye Merilien, Cristina Bernardez, and Maura Ramirez, I keep breaking chains and getting ready to leave a bigger impact.
