We recently connected with Nawartat and have shared our conversation below.

Alright, Nawartat thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. How did you get your first job in the field that you practice in today?

When I began school for massage therapy, I was working full-time at a call center. Hours seemed to drag the day on and the calls with customers that were not happy with any resolution given to them was the mundane part of the job. I always thought, “Why are people so angry?” The answer came to me one day while sitting in class. People are angry because they are stressed out, tired, in chronic pain and they no longer have the ultimate connection of physical touch because of technology and being overwhelmed! Enter Majestic Reign Massage, where everyone is Royalty and we provide the ultimate balance of pampering and bodywork infused with Reiki healing energy to provide you with the best massage possible! I knew right away I didn’t want to work for another company that was going to treat people like a number, with that in and out quick process. So I created my first job in this field for me right then and there. I would be the change I wanted to see. I was going to help make the angry people less angry by transmuting their pain and anxiety into an exhale of relief during their massage session.

I am absolutely in a state of aww and gratitude everytime I provide massage because I know that they are getting exactly what they need in that moment. There is healing in touch and I will bring back the art of togetherness one massage at a time.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?

I am Nawartat, Reiki Master, Licensed Massage Therapist and Inspirational Speaker! Getting into these fields has been a long time coming, since I basically ran from my calling for so long. I noticed in every job position I have held, there has always been a moment of connection in a way that the person I’m speaking with would express, I enlightened them in some way. I never meet a stranger and I am known to provide hugs when the moment calls for them.
My disposition is warm and welcoming, what better career field to be in than that of a healer and Inspirational speaker. People know they are safe in my presence and they allow themselves to show their true feelings because they don’t feel judgment or anything else.
I am most proud of that….that is me, that is my brand, that is the concept of what it means to be A Royal of Majestic Reign!

If you could go back in time, do you think you would have chosen a different profession or specialty?

Ten toes down!!! I would have chosen to be a massage therapist right out of high school had I known the blessings it would give early on. Being a healer has always been in me, but it took me to choose the right path for it to be activated and cultivated.

However, divine timing is a real thing and I am honored I stepped up to the call when that time was right!

How about pivoting – can you share the story of a time you’ve had to pivot?

Actually, RIGHT NOW! I have been in this field for 5 years, and yes I love every moment of my choice. However, it began to look as though my hardwork and dedication was not creating the lifestyle that I envision.

So before I allow myself to be burned out by stagnant sales, long hours and not the right type of marketing to pull in the clients that are looking for me. I had to pivot!!! I had to find a lane that would allow me to still be a vessel and serve others, because to serve is the HIGHEST HONOR…I was led to a contractor position that would not take away from my experience, my excitement by holding me to set schedules. I would be able to place my business at conferences and other opportunities to help so many and make the revenue to care for my family without either being neglected. I was able to see that with a new twist I can reignite my passion and oh I’m so excited for this change!
