We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Natorsha Hammonds a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Natorsha, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. What do you think it takes to be successful?
I think that being open minded, adventurous, love, and understanding makes A successful business owner.
As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
My name is Natorsha Hammonds everybody calls me Danellie or Dannie , I’m 30 years old I’ve been dancing 15 years +. I have 5 kids, I am a CNA, and currently in college to get my bachelors. My passion is dancing, mentoring, and helping kids grow into wonderful humans. I believe in God and what he is doing in my life. I started this organization 6 years ago, after the loss of my daughter.
The reason for this business is to bring women that has been abused together. In the future I want to open up a homeless shelter for women and children that has been abused and teach them that they do have a second chance at life and that God has the last say so. I pushed this christian organization called a New Testimony because everything that you go through there is always a light at the end of the tunnel and you will always have a testimony to tell!
Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?
