We were lucky to catch up with Natavia Reddick recently and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Natavia , thanks for joining us today. What do you think matters most in terms of achieving success?
I know that it takes passion, purpose and grace from Jesus Christ to be successful. These tools allow me to be successful in my business. However, I know that it also takes discipline, work and action. Faith without works is dead (James 2:26), which is why I try my best to continue learning new skills, educating myself and finding ways to invest back in to my business. When I’m fueled by passion and purpose it doesn’t take much for me to commit to the work.
Natavia , before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
My name is Natavia Reddick I am a Cinematographer and Photographer based in Jacksonville, Florida. I received my bachelor’s degree in Communication and Film from Jacksonville University and my Master’s degree in Criminal Justice from the University of North Florida.

My Journey in Sports Creative Content
When I started middle school, I became involved in a variety of sports. I specifically ran track, played basketball, and volleyball and continued playing throughout high school, but eventually realized that I didn’t want to pursue athletics at the collegiate level. Instead, I found my passion in creating content for sports.
During my freshman year at Jacksonville University, I started working as a sideline reporter, and soon transitioned to a role as a student sports broadcaster, where I operated cameras for ESPN+ live broadcasts. My love for filmmaking grew stronger when I bought my first DSLR camera and filmed a recap video for the JU track and field team. This experience solidified my interest in filmmaking. While at JU, I learned about the intricacies involved in filmmaking further exploring areas such as screenwriting, lighting and cinematography.
By the grace of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, I was later blessed with a graduate assistantship at the University of North Florida. There, I worked as a Strategic Communications student information director, writing meet previews, recaps, and developing creative content for the Track and Field team, and various other collegiate sports. I now incorporate the skills gained from my experience in intercollegiate athletics into my business.
What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?
Working in college athletics and with reputable business like the Jacksonville Jaguars and Netflix has played a key role in shaping my reputation within the multimedia industry. With hands-on experience producing photo and video content for Division I teams, I bring those same skills to my business, helping student-athletes and businesses build and control their brands. From filming highlight reels and capturing in-game photos for college recruits to producing media day content, we offer a full range of services. If you can imagine it, we can create it. Don’t hesitate to reach out—our goal is to bring your ideas to fruition.
What do you find most rewarding about being a creative?
The most rewarding aspect of being an artist or creative is developing content that I love. At any moment I can paint my own canvas and create a piece that I love. The most important aspect of art is being able to produce what I want because there is no right or wrong way to make art. This is why I enjoy helping businesses gain the same freedom, enabling them to control their narratives and craft content that reflects their vision, which can then be showcased and shared to amplify their message.
