Wow, thats a deep question.. I hope that people will remember me for the passion that i have for helping people. I have a big heart and i wear my heart on my sleeve and i hope thats what i am remembered for.

I am a model manager and I also own Lavish Vixenz Model Agency LLC. At our agency, we provide comprehensive model training to help you become a successful and professional model. We are focused on helping young women reach their full potential. Not only do I provide professional training, mentorship and networking opportunities for aspiring models, but I also strive to create a safe, positive and inspiring environment that will help our models take their careers to the next level. Our goal is to open doors to endless possibilities and provide our models with the best opportunities to succeed.

Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?

I believe the best way of growing clientele is by being professional and having excellent communication skills and providing your clients with the best experience.

Do you have any insights you can share related to maintaining high team morale?

Managing a team can be very hard and stressful because you are dealing with so many different personalities at once, but you just have to remember to communicate and always be understanding to everyone needs.
