Alright, Natasha thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. How did you come up with the idea for your business?
So my business was started purely from a lifestyle change. One day at the dentist office I was getting a routine cleaning and a few more procedures. As I was leaving the office I passed completely out. When I woke up I was told my blood pressure spiked and my sugar dropped drastically. At the time I was 37yrs old, I did some research on how our diets affect our overall health. I then decided to go vegan. Because of that I was able to control my blood pressure without medication. Once I really started paying attention to what I was eating, I also started paying attention to what I was putting on my body as well. The thing that excited me the most was that I was able to eat healthy as well as put healthy & natural products on my body. Hence the birth of “The Vivacious Beauty” Lively Attractive Animated.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
Well I’m simply Natasha Marie. Happy Healed & Unapologetic. I’m happy because I chose to be no matter what the circumstance, healed because I had to let go of past hurts and disappointments so that I can move forward. I’m most definitely unapologetic because I fought hard to become the woman I am today and I’m still learning and growing but I will not apologize for the anointing on my life. I’m anointed for this, the beauty industry, self care is a must now days. I took the lemons that was thrown at me, applied pressure and made spiked lemonade!! Vivacious Beauty was birthed from a health scare, and at that moment I made a vow to myself that I would take better care of me Mind Body & Spirit! All three of these aspects definitely plays a major roll in my business as far as discipline goes. I put God first over everything I do & let him direct my path. My products are unique and one of a kind. My body butter was created because my daughter has eczema and her skin was very dry. The oils and butters I use a very hydrating and moisturizing. The herbal v-steam that I created was because I use to have hard cycles, after researching herbs that are good for women health, I created a custom blend. All steams are customizable according to what’s needed. I offer aphrodisiac blend, cleansing blend, fertility blend, blood building just to name a few. Vivacious also has Yoni oil, Yoni wash & Himalayan salt body scrub. All 100% natural ,vegan and hand made from recipes I created. I’m excited about my new Vivacious Men line that is in the works. I can’t leave out the fellas. That line will include a beard balm, lip scrub & balm as well as masculine scented body butters. The road hasn’t been easy, but I’m committed to studying my craft, making proper adjustments and soaking up as much knowledge as possible in this industry. I’m extremely proud of my zeal and love for people. I’m so big on motivating, inspiring and encouraging others!!! I made a complete lifestyle change and I can now show and help others on how to do just that. My mission is simple I help men and women move past themselves to create the lifestyle the actually desire. Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?
I absolutely believe that the quality of my products speaks for themselves. I take pride in all my ingredients as well as the development of the product. My strategy is simple, I would give out samples to people around me that I felt was influential and ask them to leave a review. I also pride myself on excellent customer service. I go above and beyond expectations to make sure I’m able to help my clients/customers. If I don’t have a product for you I can create one.

What’s been the most effective strategy for growing your clientele?
The most effective strategy that works for me is to be available.(to a certain extent) I pride myself on being reachable and available for any questions, suggestions or comments. I try to put myself in the shoes of clients, thinking about what they may be going through, what they may be in need of at the time and how I would want to be treated/catered too at that time. When a client is treated well, loved on & appreciated they have no problem with spending, buying, investing and sowing into your vision.
