We recently connected with Natasha Joseph and have shared our conversation below.

Alright, Natasha thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Too often the media represents innovation as something magical that only high-flying tech billionaires and upstarts engage in – but the truth is almost every business owner has to regularly innovate in small and big ways in order for their businesses to survive and thrive. Can you share a story that highlights something innovative you’ve done over the course of your career?

The most innovative thing Natasha done in her career was helping a community of people that have been over look and some even forgotten about to believe in themselves. She not only sale houses, she also teaches life skills, and the importance of setting goals.  

She hosts an Execution Brunch where she educated clients in regards to homeownership.  One of her goals is to assure that her client’s walk away with the knowledge and understanding of real estate. She believes that everyone has the ability to become a homeowner, the problem is some was not taught about the power of home ownership and how to build generational wealth. Natasha was raised in the Florida housing Project, so she knows firsthand the hand they were dealt. This is her mission to make sure that everyone is educated in real estate.

 She has a heart for the people and desire to help others gain financial wealth and build generational wealth through Real Estate. It’s her belief that Knowledge is Power, and she does not believe in withholding information that can educate all people.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.

Natasha The Realtor she is a Wife, Mother, Glam maw, mentor, and entrepreneur known as “The Executer Queen”. She is a pillar in the community, Natasha believes in given back to her community by mentoring, dropping gems, and teaching life skills. It is her belief that you must have a plan in life to know where you are going. She believes in applying scripture and taken action one of her favorite scriptures is Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the plans declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

She is a Multi-Million Dollar producer in real estate. She is one of Realty Pros of Louisiana, LLC Top produces.

She is not only known for her many accomplishments and her ability to execute her goals. She is a proud graduate of Southern University of New Orleans with a master’s degree in Criminal Justice and minor in Psychology, Natasha knows the meaning of dedication determination and perseverance.

She has a background with over 10 years in customer services industry and brings a wealth of knowledge and interpersonal skills to bear when working with her clients. Her experience as a counselor has assisted her with the skills to assist client’s to better meet their needs. Natasha entered the Real Estate Industry due to her desire of helping families build generational wealth through real estate.

How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?

The ability to meet people where they are and providing a safe space for them to discuss their affairs without feeling like they are being belittle or judge. My client’s trust that I have the ability to make their homeownership dreams come to reality.

We’d love to hear the story of how you built up your social media audience?

I would say to any business owner to just do it. I had to concur my fear of making videos on social media. I didn’t like to talk due to my voice being so heavy, but I had to get involved with social media because I was a new an upcoming realtor. I can remember my very first video for Instagram; I pour me a glass of wine and play some music to hype me up and I just went full speed ahead. I also spoke about my weakness on how my tongue will get tie while I was speaking and the people that was on my live really encourage me. I am proud to say that facing my fears was best thing ever because I am so much better at interviewing and creating content. Social media is a huge platform that business need to take advantage of even though it can get tiresome, but the reward is great!
