Natasha, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. What do you think matters most in terms of achieving success?
To me being successful is doing God’s will through my purpose in life. Finding what you are passionate about and use it as an instrument to help edify others. Success and self fulfillment comes from having faith, really hard work and taking risks. Being focused, disciplined and persistent will help you achieve anything you set your mind to.

My mission is to help women look and feel their best. To make sure they know that they are valued with or without beauty enhancements. Each woman is unique, therefore, each set of lashes is specially made to fit their style. I educate clients on what a premium lash service is all about, using premium products, top level training, skilled experience in a relaxed ambiance.
I started my journey as a lash client myself. I loved the confidence boost those little tiny lashes made me feel and i wanted to help other women feel the same. Lashes are a beautiful and convenient way to enhance your natural beauty and save time in your daily beauty routine. They make you feel put together without the use of make up.
Prior to lashing I had a good job but i wasn’t happy. I felt that i was ready for my next chapter but i didnt know how or where. My lash tech at the time always motivated me to join the beauty industry through lashes so i decided to take a leap of faith and invest in a class. Started as a hobby from my bedroom and I really ended up liking it so i enrolled in beauty school and a year later graduated. Got licensed and kept working from home building my clientele (while working a FT job) until i was able to rent my first studio. I quit my FT job super scared, and dedicated my full time to lashing. Today im fully booked and training other women to do the same.
Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?
Referrals and the Internet! Providing a great customer experience and guaranteed satisfaction with the lash sets. Not being afraid to show my face so clients can get to know me before meeting me. Advertising on different platforms of social media and Google consistently has helped me reach a wider audience. This has allowed people who search “lashes” to find my business locally.
What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?
Consistent marketing on social media and continuing my education. Its extremely important to up your knowledge because beauty is a never-ending learning industry! New products, new trends, new techniques and new technology advances everyday and its my job to stay on top of it to provide the best education to my students and better experience to my clients. There is always something new to learn!
