As a realtor, I’d say my husband and I do things a bit differently, and that’s what I love about our business. We’re a husband-wife team, so you get both of us working for you, which feels like a bonus most agents can’t offer. Plus, we’re part of a 30-person team, so if I’m unavailable or out of town, someone’s always ready to step in and get my clients into a showing right away. No waiting around, no missed opportunities.
What really sets us apart is how we go beyond the basics. A lot of agents just list a home on the MLS or Zillow and call it done, but for us, that’s only the starting point. Our relationships, marketing know-how, and negotiation skills have led to selling homes for 6% higher than the average agent. I’m big on networking and finding creative ways to showcase a property, whether it’s through staging advice or highlighting what makes it special. It’s about getting my clients top dollar, not just checking a box. And I don’t stop at the sale. I love staying connected with my clients, offering expert advice during the process and being there afterward if they need anything.
Another way we stand out is my network of vendors and contractors. I can connect clients to reliable people for updates before listing or after moving in, often at a lower cost than they’d find on their own. They’ve told me how much they appreciate being able to call me anytime and get hooked up with someone for home cleaning, tile work, or whatever else comes up. For example, I’ve had clients who needed a quick paint job to boost their home’s appeal. I’d call one of my go-to contacts, get it done fast and affordably, and it made a real difference in their sale price. That’s not something every agent brings to the table.
To me, real estate isn’t just about transactions. It’s about building trust and making the process work for my clients in a way that feels personal and practical. That’s what drives our brand, and it’s why I think we’re a little different from the standard approach.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
I got into real estate because I’ve always enjoyed helping people through big decisions. It started with friends asking me for advice about buying or selling. I loved figuring it out with them, and it just clicked. I knew this was my thing. So I got my license, teamed up with my husband, and now we run our business together, backed by a 30-person team that keeps us moving.
We’re here to help people buy and sell homes. For sellers, we list and market their property to get the best price. Our homes sell for 6% higher than the average agent, which I think shows how we dig in. For buyers, we track down the perfect place and negotiate to make it happen. Real estate can get messy with tight deadlines, tough choices, or standing out in a busy market. We’re there to cut through that with clear guidance and a solid plan.
What sets us apart is how we go the extra mile. My husband and I are a package deal, and with our big team, we’re always ready to jump on a showing or answer a call. I don’t just list a home and wait. I use my marketing skills and network to get it seen. One thing our clients love is our access to exclusive off-market groups, including one of the biggest in the country, which only our company offers. For sellers, it means more eyes on their home before it even hits the public listings. For buyers, it’s a chance to snag hidden-gem properties no one else sees online, deals that feel special. I’m most proud of how we build trust with our clients. When they feel confident with us and walk away with a win, like a sale price they didn’t expect, that’s what fuels me. Have you ever had to pivot?
Leaving nursing for real estate was my big pivot. I loved helping people, but I was tired of working for someone else. I wanted to own my business, call the shots, and make it my own. So I got my license, teamed up with my husband, and jumped in fully. No slow start, just all at once, which felt risky with how tough this field can be. Last year, 71% of realtors didn’t sell a single home, so the odds aren’t exactly friendly. But I pushed through. In my very first month, I sold three homes, what the average agent manages in a year. I go big for my clients and I go beyond the industry standard. Switching wasn’t easy, but I’m proud I took the leap and turned it into such a success so early into my career.

Where do you think you get most of your clients from?
The best source of new clients for us hands down has been the people my husband and I meet every day. We’re super social, always chatting with folks in our neighborhood, at the gym, in our office, or even over dinner out. We love making friends wherever we go, so our clients are often people we naturally connect with. For other business owners, I’d say lean into that. Be friendly, get out there, and talk to people. We also host events like open houses, investor meetups, and first-time homebuyer classes, plus hit up networking gigs. It’s all about building real ties. Most of our business comes from these everyday moments, not cold calls or ads. Be yourself, stay active in your community, and let those relationships grow your work. It’s worked wonders for us.
