We recently connected with Natalie Trivibulchaikul and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Natalie, thanks for joining us today. What do you think matters most in terms of achieving success?
Success is an amalgamation of ambition, adaptability, continual learning, and a profound sense of purpose. It’s about leveraging one’s unique experiences, education, and passion to create meaningful impact and foster growth.
Stories and Anecdotes:
My belief is deeply rooted in both personal and professional experiences. Drawing inspiration from my parents’ resilience and sacrifices, I founded a non-profit dedicated to locating and recovering minors ensnared in the tragic web of human trafficking. It’s more than just an organization; it’s a testament to the idea that success should have purpose, a broader mission that betters humanity.
In my pursuit of amplifying voices and dreams, I ventured into the world of media and marketing. Armed with a Bachelors of Science in Media Communications and a Masters of Arts in New Media Journalism, my background in sports stadiums, news stations, and show productions allowed me to navigate the intricate landscape of media. I’ve had the privilege of building people’s dreams and businesses, illustrating that success is also about lifting others, giving them platforms to thrive.
In today’s digitized era, the realm of cybersecurity is paramount. Recognizing its significance, I established an IT company focused on safeguarding investment firms. It underlines the notion that success is about foresight, recognizing emerging challenges, and proactively offering solutions.
How I Developed My View:
Across these diverse sectors, a recurring theme is clear: success isn’t siloed; it’s interconnected. My work in media taught me the power of narratives, which in turn fuels my non-profit’s mission. My foray into cybersecurity stems from a responsibility to protect assets, much like the ethos of my non-profit. The experiences, from newsrooms to boardrooms, have reaffirmed my belief that success is holistic. It’s about growth, yes, but it’s also about integrity, purpose, and collaboration.

Natalie, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
Introduction and Background: Hello to all the readers out there! I am Natalie Trivibulchaikul, a passionate entrepreneur, advocate, and storyteller. My journey is a rich tapestry of experiences, blending a deep sense of purpose from my family’s struggles with a commitment to technology, security, and media.
Journey into the Industry:
Growing up, I was deeply inspired by my parents’ resilience and sacrifices. Their stories of perseverance instilled in me a desire to make an impactful change in the world. With a Bachelor of Science in Media Communications and a Master of Arts in New Media Journalism, I delved into the media world. I’ve had the privilege of working in sports stadiums, news stations, and show productions, immersing myself in various facets of the industry. This hands-on experience gave me a unique perspective on how narratives shape our society.
Services and Solutions:
Today, I proudly helm three diverse yet interconnected companies:
1. Non-Profit Organization: This initiative is particularly close to my heart. We are dedicated to locating and recovering minors trapped in human trafficking. Our mission is not just about rescue but about restoring hope and dignity to those who’ve been deprived of it.
2. Marketing & Media Company: I transform visions into realities here. We specialize in amplifying brands, crafting compelling stories, and building dreams for individuals and businesses.
3. IT Firm: Security is paramount in an increasingly digital age. My IT company focuses on providing top-notch cybersecurity solutions, particularly for investment firms. We ensure that their assets, both digital and financial, remain uncompromised.
What sets me apart, I believe, is the symbiotic blend of purpose and profession. Every venture I undertake, be it rescuing trafficked minors or crafting a brand’s story, is underscored by a profound sense of mission. It’s about making a difference, not just making a profit.
The accomplishments I hold dear are the lives we’ve touched. Every minor we’ve rescued, every brand we’ve elevated, and every client we’ve safeguarded is a testament to the passion and dedication my teams and I pour into our work.
Above all, I want potential clients, followers, and fans to recognize the ethos behind my brand and endeavors. It’s about integrity, innovation, and impact. Whether you’re seeking a compelling narrative for your brand, robust cybersecurity, or wish to collaborate on a humanitarian mission, know that with me and my teams, you’re not just partnering with a service provider, but with a purpose-driven change maker.

Is there mission driving your creative journey?
Yes, there is. My mission is simple yet profound at its core: to make the world a better place. Every venture I undertake, project, and collaboration I enter into is driven by this singular ambition. I am fervently committed to creating meaningful ripples in individual lives, trusting that these ripples will culminate into waves that shape society at large.
Each rescued minor, each brand story, and each digital safeguard isn’t just a task accomplished but a step towards a brighter, safer, and more inclusive world. My endeavors might start as mere droplets of change, but I envision them coming together, growing in strength and magnitude, and creating lasting and impactful waves.
My creative journey is less about personal success and more about collective upliftment. It’s about leaving behind a legacy of positive change, ensuring that the world we pass on is better than the one we inherited.

How do you keep your team’s morale high?
1. Lead with Empathy and Purpose: Reflecting upon my own journey, deeply rooted in my family’s stories of resilience, I understand the power of purpose. Always remind your team of the bigger picture, of the lives we’re touching, the narratives we’re crafting, or the digital landscapes we’re safeguarding. Knowing that one’s work has a deeper meaning can significantly boost morale.
2. Foster Open Communication: Just as narratives play a vital role in the media world, they are equally important within a team. Encourage open dialogue, ensure everyone feels heard, and be open to feedback. This builds trust and ensures that team members feel valued.
3. Invest in Continuous Learning: Drawing from my academic pursuits in media and journalism, I’ve recognized the importance of continual growth. Offer opportunities for professional development. When people feel they are growing and evolving, it boosts their skills and morale.
4. Celebrate the Small Wins: We often start with ripples in our quest to create waves. Each minor rescued or each brand story crafted is a success. Celebrate these moments. Recognizing and appreciating small accomplishments fosters a sense of achievement and keeps the team motivated.
5. Prioritize Well-being: As someone managing diverse sectors from humanitarian efforts to cybersecurity, I understand the pressures and demands each domain can have. Ensure your team has a healthy work-life balance, offer mental health support, and encourage breaks. A well-rested team is a motivated team.
6. Be Transparent and Honest: Transparency is key in dealing with complex cybersecurity issues or sensitive humanitarian missions. If there are challenges or setbacks, share them with your team. When everyone is on the same page, solutions are more forthcoming, and there’s a shared sense of responsibility.
7. Collaborate and Empower: Remember, a leader’s strength is not in having all the answers but in harnessing the team’s collective wisdom. Empower your team members, entrust them with responsibilities, and value their insights. This boosts their confidence and fosters a sense of ownership and pride in their work.
In essence, managing a team and maintaining high morale blend empathy, communication, recognition, and growth. Lead with heart, listen actively, and always keep the larger mission in sight. Your team will not only share in your vision but will also be motivated to contribute passionately.
