Natalie, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Do you take vacations? How do you keep things going – any advice for entrepreneurs who feel like they can’t step away from their business for a short vacation?
As a business owner I do take vacations. It is important for entrepreneurs to be able to take a step back and relax here and there to avoid burnout & also create a good boundary between work & personal life. My advice for anyone who feels like they can’t step away from their business is please give yourself some time off you deserve it. You’re working to live not living to work.

Hello everyone my name is Natalie I am a licensed esthetician who offers full body waxing services. I help my clients achieve smooth results by providing good quality services and educating them on proper aftercare. What sets me apart is that I am educated in skincare so I know what products/ ingredients will help your skin with issues like ingrown hairs, & hyper pigmentation. I am also a judgement free zone my goal for all my clients is to make them feel welcomed & comfortable when receiving services.
I am most proud of being a service provider people choose again & again, I’m proud to have clients that have been coming to me for years, I hope any readers who have been wanting to try waxing out take this as a sign and book a appointment with me.

The best source for new clients for me has to be a combination of social media & word of mouth.
The clients you currently have are going to be your best marketers after a few appointments with the same client it’s good to give them some of your business cards they can hand out to friends.

What has helped me build my reputation is staying professional while also providing good customer service. In this beauty industry you always hear horror stories of other service providers. It’s good to not get too comfortable & treat everyone like if it’s the first time they’re stepping into your treatment room.
These clients are choosing you to spend their hard earned money on & they’re expecting good quality results with good customer service. Treat others the way you would want to be treated.
