We recently connected with Natalie Kourpa and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Natalie , thanks for joining us today. What do you think it takes to be successful?
When your eighteen, no one explains what it actually takes to succeed.
Sure, having great grades, plenty of college credits and getting a high SAT score. Are going to make you look desirable to a college grad n fact maybe it gets you the best college education many would be grateful to have.
But that’s not always ALL you need.
Success is built in the individual you are, your happiness, kindness. You ability to see the world from
A different perspective.
Success comes in many forms.
My perspective is that, on top of knowing you are creating goals in
Education you are making goals in physical aspirations.

Natalie , love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
I started my journey into fitness when I arrived in the fabulous town of Las Vegas in 2004.
After joining the opening cast and creation of Wynn Las Vegas show Le Reve. As a dancer/ aerialist who was initially afraid of heights..
After working super hard to get over my fear. I stayed at the show for 14 years performing twice a night 10 times a week.
Though-out a 14 year contract I found a love for Pilates.
For injury rehab, prehab and fitness.
After suffering 2 full Acl reconstructions and hip surgery whilst in the show, I became totally engrossed in learning about how the body works and how to prevent or help injuries.
Due to being a single parent and wanting to spend more valuable time with my daughter I decided to turn a passion into a reality and too a chance at leaving my loved career for a completely new one.
That way I could balance being a mom and a professional.
It was a hard choice to leave something I loved so much.
But I felt it was the right thing to do.
Natalie K Pilates is a private pilates studio for duets or private pilates sessions.
Based inside the exclusive Kilo club located inside of Tivoli Village. Las Vegas.
What makes private one on one sessions amazing is that you can Taylor your lesson to exactly what you need.
Whether it be rehab, stretching , strengthening even general fitness.
It’s what ever YOU want or need.
After 2 years I have a client base of over 30
Clients and work 5 days a week.
It turned out to be the best thing I
Could have ever done for myself.
How about pivoting – can you share the story of a time you’ve had to pivot?
For as long as I can remember I always wanted to be on stage. And nothing could stop me.
From a small town in the UK dance and entertainment took me all over the world. From cruise ships, to music videos to shows and now to Las Vegas.
5 years ago I took my last bow.
After suffering back to back hard injuries in the show. I decided to turn my second job into my business.
I bought my first pilates reformer and started to teach in a studio inside my house.
As my client base grew I needed to start my own business and rent space.
After searching for a small space I was introduced to the Kilo Club a boutique gym in Las Vegas.

Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?
Customer service, and flexibility. A good reputation is everything’, initially most of my client base came
From referrals.
Clients that enjoyed and liked working with me recommending me to each other.
