Natalie, appreciate you joining us today. What’s the backstory behind how you came up with the idea for your business?
As a holistic nutritionist, my journey to starting my online coaching business, “Holistic Health Blueprint,” began with a deep passion for natural health and wellness. I have always been fascinated by the power of food as medicine and how it can heal the body from the inside out.
I saw firsthand how many people struggled with chronic health conditions, obesity, and low self-esteem due to poor dietary habits and lifestyle choices. I became increasingly frustrated with the traditional medical system, which often treated symptoms rather than the root cause of the problem. This led me to explore alternative approaches to health and wellness, including nutrition, stress management, herbal medicine, and exercise.
As I continued to educate myself on holistic health, I realized that there was a significant gap in the market for personalized holistic health coaching. Many people wanted to improve their health, but they didn’t know where to start, and they certainly did not want to rely on fad diets or quick fixes. I saw an opportunity to help people achieve their health goals in a sustainable and holistic way.
I knew that my unique background and expertise in nutrition and holistic health could help fill this gap, and I was confident that I could make a real difference in people’s lives. I was excited about the idea of creating a business that combined my passion for health and wellness with my desire to help others.
I began developing the concept for “Holistic Health Blueprint,” which would offer personalized health coaching services to clients all over the world. I would provide individualized nutrition plans, lifestyle recommendations, and coaching to help people achieve their health goals and prevent chronic disease.
The logic behind my business was simple yet powerful. I believed that people could achieve optimal health and wellbeing by addressing the root cause of their health issues, rather than just treating symptoms. I also believed that a holistic approach that addressed nutrition, lifestyle, and mindset was the most effective way to achieve lasting health and wellness.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
My journey towards the world of health and wellness started with a deep passion for natural living and a genuine desire to help others attain optimal health. After completing my education and obtaining my degree in Holistic Nutrition, I founded my online coaching business, “Holistic Health Blueprint.” Within my signature program, I work closely with clients on a one-on-one basis, offering custom-tailored nutrition plans, lifestyle recommendations, and coaching to aid in achieving their health goals and preventing chronic disease. What sets me apart from others in my industry is my unique holistic approach to health and wellness. Instead of just treating symptoms, I believe in addressing the root cause of health issues. This entails taking into account a person’s nutrition, lifestyle, and mindset as a whole, and developing an individualized plan to address each of these areas. I am extremely proud of the work I do and the profound impact it has on my clients’ lives. It is incredibly rewarding to witness people transform their health and wellbeing through the power of nutrition and lifestyle changes. Ultimately, I want potential clients to know that I am fully committed to helping them achieve their health goals in a sustainable and holistic manner. I am passionate about supporting my clients every step of the way on their journey towards a healthier, more fulfilling life.

We often hear about learning lessons – but just as important is unlearning lessons. Have you ever had to unlearn a lesson?
One of the biggest lessons I had to unlearn was the idea that there is a one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition and health. When I first started my career in holistic nutrition, I believed that there was a perfect diet and lifestyle that would work for everyone, regardless of their individual needs and circumstances. However, as I gained more experience working with clients, I realized that every person’s body is unique and has different nutritional needs. I learned to approach each client as an individual and to tailor their nutrition and lifestyle recommendations to their specific needs and goals.

Are there any books, videos, essays or other resources that have significantly impacted your management and entrepreneurial thinking and philosophy?
There have been several resources that have significantly impacted my management and entrepreneurial thinking and philosophy. Tony Robbins’ “Unleash the Power Within” conference was a 4 day event and incredibly impactful for me, as it helped me to break through limiting beliefs and push myself to new levels of success. I am an avid reader and have been inspired by many books. “The 4-Hour Work Week” by Tim Ferriss. was a game-changer for me in terms of shifting my mindset around what’s possible in terms of building a successful business while still having time for personal pursuits. “As a Man Thinketh” by James Allen was a really good read as well. I also love listening to podcasts and interviews featuring successful entrepreneurs
