Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Natalie Cisneros. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Natalie, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. What were some of the most unexpected problems you’ve faced in your business and how did you resolve those issues?
I started my Bootcamp business in September of 2019 , I was excited to finally put my dreams into action. It started off really well & new clients were pouring in. In March of 2020 when covid lockdown officially went into place, I remember teaching my last class with uncertainty and fear. I had to remind myself that the main reason I had done such a good job of attracting cliental was because of my motivating nature & my will to never give up.
From that moment I knew exactly what I had to do in order to keep my clients & survive the unforeseeable times ahead.
I continued teaching my classes virtually & charged a reasonable rate so that I could keep all my beloved clients. I created a community within Facebook that aloud woman & men to follow along with my classes live from the comfort of their homes. It was to my surprise that my cliental grew over 60%, and I was reaching people all over the world. I may have not been making a ton of money but I knew I was making a huge impact on everyone who signed up for my classes.
When we were finally aloud to exercise together in outdoor spaces, I brought my in-person classes back & continued to record them live for those who weren’t quite ready to be close to others yet. This is when things really began to take off for me because I continued to create revenue through hybrid class signups & it felt amazing. It truly was a blessing to be able to help people get back out in the world & feel healthy again. As months & years have gone on I still continue to teach my bootcamp classes but have scaled back quite a bit due to my newest ventures as a Restauranteur.
My love for fitness & health will continue to drive me to help people change their lives for the better. I may not currently be as involved as I once was , but I plan to make even bigger moves in the near future. Fitness & health has saved my life more times then I can count , and I feel that deserves to be shared with others so they can understand its profound benefits as well.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
My name is Natalie Cisneros (formally known as Natalie Campazzie). I grew up on the beautiful Catalina Island & still currently reside here with my husband Christian who is one of our local Fire Captains in Avalon.
I decided to become a fitness instructor in my Junior year of high school after refusing to get a larger sized prom dress. That may sound silly to some, but I had been gaining weight slowly for some time & I knew some changes needed to be made. I fell instantly in love with fitness because not only did it allow me to fit into the prom dress of my dreams, but it helped me mentally more than anything before.
Anxiety & depression runs in family like many others, and finding a way to deal with it seemed close to impossible. That was until I picked up a set of weights , it was like instant relief . I knew from that moment I needed to share this with others who struggled mentally as I do.
I started with instructing spin classes & after high school moved on to get myself NASM certified as a personal trainer. I was attending college online, working as a waitress & instructing fitness on the side for a good amount of time. I even delved into the Beach Body coaching world. But, I knew deep in my heart that I wanted more for myself and more for the people I helped. I decided to quit my job as a waitress in late 2019 and go head first in to my own business I called Bootcamp-azzie by All Physiques Fitness. I starting growing a small social media presence & began motivating people with my posts and classes. The main goal for my business was to let everyone know that they have a seat in fitness. No matter your age, sex, size, race or status, you deserve to feel strong and to simply be healthy. Fitness looks different on everyone , and when you find what works for you , it can be quite magical.
After covid hit, a dear friend of mine Megan Wright , offered me a position in book keeping within her restaurant business. I was reluctant at first but knew I needed to increase my income somehow. Fast forward 4 years later I am now the part owner of The Airport in the Sky Restaurant & have gained a wealth of knowledge within business.
I can proudly say I still continue to teach my Bootcamp-azzie classes 3 days per week & haven’t stopped motivating people through my social media. I do not plan to stop anytime soon , in fact I am eager to pivot once again and find more ways to impact the world further through fitness & health. It is , and will always be my first love and the driving force behind much of my passion & success.

What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?
Consistency, effort & reliability.
I am only one person but their is something to be said for a reliable person. Within both industries that I am involved in, being reliable is key. Clients & employees expect you to know all and be all so showing up and figuring sh*t out makes you valuable. We all know we have our off days, but if you are showing up even 90% of the time you are ahead of the game .
Putting effort into things shows. If you half a** something people will notice & they will be less interested or less likely to follow through. I try and do things with my heart & soul, it really makes all the difference.
Being consistent has always proven to produce results and sort of ties everything together. If you’re consistent something is bound to catch at some point.

Do you have any insights you can share related to maintaining high team morale?
When managing a team its important to remember that everyone is different. Not everyone learns the same way you do or thinks the same way you do . That’s what makes working with others so great because everyone has something to input. We all see things through a different lens. Keeping your team motivated is a great way to drive sales and just keep the overall vibe of the workplace high. When your teams happy your customers are more likely to be happy , it goes full circle.
