We were lucky to catch up with Natalie Atick recently and have shared our conversation below.
Alright, Natalie thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. So, let’s start with trends – what are some of the largest or more impactful trends you are seeing in the industry?
As a content creator the biggest trends I am seeing in my industry is content that is more organic and not edited. Since Tiktok has taken over everyone loves Get Ready With Me videos and just to talk about daily life. People want content they can relate to and not content that is pushing you to buy something and is curated to perfection.
As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
I am a content creator and have been one since 2017. I am also a baby photographer as well. I keep both of those things seperate and just find time for both in my weekly schedule. My main focus now would be in content creating. I love to create fashion reels with try on hauls on Instagram. On my tiktok on focus only on all things beauty and a ton of affordable makeup products that work just like high end. I will be a mom soon so I will be adding mom content to my channels as well.
Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?
Not many people know the hard work and dedication it takes to make sure you continue creating content and grow with social media. But it is a lot of work and I am proud to say that I have striving to be my best and not give up since 2017. Because of that I have had so many beautiful ups and downs and they were all worth it to where it has lead me now. I’ve learned so much about myself and what I love to share with my followers. I don’t have one specific story but I do want to say that being consistent is key. Even if you feel like nothing is happening don’t stop!
Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?
Building an audience on social media is fun but also so scary! Best advice I can give is to find your niche and stick to you. Also be true to yourself and you attract the right audience. Of course consistency is key so keep pushing even if some content doesn’t do well. Even if it’s one post a day just keep posting and you will see such a difference through out your journey.
