Natalia , thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Let’s kick things off with a hypothetical question – if it were up to you, what would you change about the school or education system to better prepare students for a more fulfilling life and career?

If I could change something about the education system, I’d shift the focus toward holistic development rather than just academic achievement. Students should learn not only technical skills but also financial literacy, emotional intelligence, networking, and adaptability. key elements for a fulfilling life and career. More project-based learning, real-world problem-solving, and mentorship from industry professionals would make education more relevant and empowering.

Many professionals, entrepreneurs and innovators, discuss the gaps they experienced in formal education—as learning regarding financial management, negotiation, or leadership was something never discussed at a University level

Have you ever had to pivot?

A year ago, I made a bold pivot, leaving behind the security of my job to step into faith and pursue a path that aligned with my deeper calling. I committed to writing a workbook, not just as a personal achievement, but as a way to share insights and inspire others Take the Risk and Take Off, soon to be released by TBN . At the same time, I focused on expanding my family-owned business, embracing the challenges of growth and sustainability RGM Accounting Services.

My passion for coaching also took center stage, allowing me to guide and empower individuals in their journeys.

Most importantly, I devoted myself to Innata, my nonprofit, ensuring that its mission to uplift communities was not just an idea, but a tangible force for change.

This transition has tested my resilience, pushed my leadership to new heights, and reinforced the belief that stepping into uncertainty often leads to the most fulfilling transformations.

What’s a lesson you had to unlearn and what’s the backstory?

One lesson I’ve had to unlearn is the idea that providing a direct answer is always the best way to help someone.
The shift happened as I interacted with others, who are navigating complex decisions, crafting messaging, or refining leadership approaches. It’s not just about providing information; it’s about shaping solutions, asking the right questions, and collaborating to find the best path forward.

Now, instead of just delivering a response, I think about how I can engage more meaningfully—whether it’s helping structure a compelling pitch or supporting a mission in a way that resonates.
