We recently connected with Natalia Arboleda and have shared our conversation below.
Alright, Natalia thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Was there a moment in your career that meaningfully altered your trajectory? If so, we’d love to hear the backstory.
Yes, there was a defining moment that completely changed the course of my professional path. A few years ago, during a very intense personal crisis, I found myself overwhelmed mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. I was constantly pushing, trying to ‘keep up’ with life, work, and expectations… until my body and heart said, “Enough.”
“One morning, I sat silently on my mat, not knowing what to do next. I remember surrendering—not in defeat, but in deep trust. I whispered to myself: ‘I don’t know where I’m going, but I’m ready to listen.’ That was the moment everything shifted. I began to practice Yin Yoga and meditation not just as techniques, but as a way of living. That stillness saved me—and then it began to transform others too.”
“That moment of surrender became the seed of Masdelonatural. I realized my true calling wasn’t just marketing or business—it was guiding others back to themselves, helping them feel safe in stillness, in their own presence, in their own truth. The lesson I carry from that experience is this: sometimes your deepest breakdown becomes your most beautiful breakthrough. Presence is the path, and peace is not something we chase—it’s something we allow.

Natalia, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
Hi, I’m Natalia A., the heart and voice behind Masdelonatural. I’m a person in constant evolution—always learning, transforming, expanding. But above all, I’ve learned that the most important thing is to enjoy the present moment, whether it’s smooth or chaotic, joyful or heavy. I don’t strive for perfection—I strive for presence.
My journey into this work wasn’t part of a master plan. It came from a personal need to heal, slow down, and reconnect. I experienced moments of anxiety, disconnection, and emotional overwhelm. During those times, I discovered meditation and Yin Yoga—not as trends, but as sacred tools that helped me return to myself with compassion.
That’s how Masdelonatural was born: as a space to share the practices that helped me breathe again, surrender, and live from a place of peace and truth. Today, I offer meditation sessions, Yin Yoga practices, grounding rituals, intentional affirmations, and moments of stillness through social media, 1:1 sessions, and group classes.
What sets me apart isn’t just what I do—it’s how I hold space. Masdelonatural isn’t about fixing you or rushing your healing. It’s about creating room for you to feel, release, and reconnect—to come home to yourself with love, at your own rhythm. I guide people in releasing physical and emotional tension so they can open up to lighter, more authentic ways of being.
What I’m most proud of is watching people come back to their breath, their body, and their truth. Seeing how one moment of presence can shift everything. If there’s one thing I want you to know about me and this space, it’s this: you don’t need to be broken to begin, and you don’t need to have it all figured out to feel peace. Presence is enough. You are enough.
Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?
Yes, resilience has shown up in my life more quietly than people expect—not through grand gestures, but in the soft decision to keep showing up, even when everything felt uncertain. One story that stays with me happened during a time when everything in my life was shifting: financially, emotionally, and spiritually. I had just begun to step into my path with Masdelonatural, but nothing was stable. I felt scared, and full of doubt, and there were days when I questioned everything.”
“But instead of pushing harder, I did the opposite—I paused. I returned to my breath. I lay down in a Yin Yoga posture, let the tears flow, and whispered to myself, ‘I trust you. One breath at a time.’ That moment of stillness, of listening, became my anchor.”
“What followed wasn’t instant success, but steady alignment. I started guiding others from that same place of softness and truth. The resilience wasn’t in pretending to be strong, but in letting myself be real—vulnerable, and still willing to continue. That’s the resilience I carry: choosing presence over perfection, and trusting that surrender can be the most powerful kind of strength.

We often hear about learning lessons – but just as important is unlearning lessons. Have you ever had to unlearn a lesson?
One of the biggest lessons I had to unlearn was that productivity equals worth. For years, I measured my value based on how much I was doing, how many things I checked off my list, how busy I was. Slowing down made me feel guilty—like I was falling behind. Rest felt like a luxury I couldn’t afford.”
“That belief began to unravel during a period of burnout when my body forced me to pause. I had no energy, no motivation, and for the first time, I couldn’t keep pushing. It was terrifying. But in that pause, I started to notice something: my deepest healing, my most authentic insights, and my truest self came through stillness—not through doing more.”
“That’s when Yin Yoga and meditation became not just practices, but lifelines. They taught me that rest is not laziness. Slowing down is not failure. Being is just as valuable as doing. I had to unlearn the idea that I needed to constantly prove my worth through effort, and instead remember: that I am already enough, even in stillness.
