Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Nastachia Jones. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Nastachia, appreciate you joining us today. We’d love to hear about a project that you’ve worked on that’s meant a lot to you.
My most meaningful project I’ve worked on is honestly the songs I recorded for both of my albums. “My Time is Now” was my first album which was released in April of 2020. I was so proud of myself for completing my very first album and was so eager to show people I was not only a singer, but a writer as well. During the pandemic I took some time away from recording music to focus on my family, but by the summer of 2022, I was back in the studio. After a year of collaborating with the hottest producers, I wrote my 2nd album, “Letters To Billy Dee”, which was released in the summer of 2023. “Letters To Billy Dee” really means a lot to me because when I wrote it, I was older, experienced more of life’s trials and tribulations, and was just in a happier stage in my life compared to my first album. I had more to say and felt stronger and better at expressing myself thoughts in my music.
As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?

Though I pride myself on being a singer-songwriter, the thing that makes me the most happiest is performing on stage. I love seeing the audience cheering and clapping as I do my thing on stage. It’s extremely exhilarating!
What’s the most rewarding aspect of being a creative in your experience?
The most rewarding aspect of being an artist is making music people can resonate with. I am a certified lover girl so when I write those songs about heartbreak, or even songs on a new and beautiful love, I know that people understand my perspective because those things are universally experienced by others. Not only do they resonate with the songs, but they turn them on when they want to feel those emotions and they know they’re not alone. That is extremely rewarding to me and is a major part of why I create music.
Is there a particular goal or mission driving your creative journey?
There are so many goals that drive me in my creative journey. As I spoke about already, the fans drive me to make them music that makes them FEEL! Also, accomplishing my goals are bigger than just what it can do for my life. I want to take care of the people I love and share the goodness that is bestowed on with them. What’
