Nancy Katherine , thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today One of the things we most admire about small businesses is their ability to diverge from the corporate/industry standard. Is there something that you or your brand do that differs from the industry standard? We’d love to hear about it as well as any stories you might have that illustrate how or why this difference matters.
I am transparent and always guide my clients with the truth.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
I have been in the real estate business for the past 14 years. I started off working for Interinvestments Realty in my early 20’s. That is where my passion for real estate began. I was the only person who would put all the listings of 200+ agents in the system. During this time, I acquired my BA in Business which is nicely hung in the wall. About 3 years after I had an amazing offer I could not refuse, and I began working for a new high end real estate company that was located in midtown. I worked side with the office manager Nancy Estevez who was my muse and I learn the base of my business ethics from her. Shortly after I accurized my real estate license. Nancy and I also partnered up as “The Nancys”. Due to my past experience in real estate, out partnership lasted a few months but out friendship and my admiration remains stronger with each passing day.
This business is all about customer service and guiding your client with updated market. South Florida is a market of high demand and a good realtor is available around the clock. The deals that are not closed today will be lost tomorrow.

How do you keep in touch with clients and foster brand loyalty?
I pride in building relationships not just closing transactions. To me, it does not matter if my client is renting a single-family home or purchasing a 5-million-dollar income producing property, The customer service will exceed your expectations. I genuinely care about my clients and creating relationships that turn to a long-lasting friendship. Throughout the transaction, I get to know my clients deeply. I do what I do from my heart.

What’s worked well for you in terms of a source for new clients?
Referrals. I have been in the business for over 11 years and my main source is through referrals. To this day I have no paid for a lead. All my leads have been from past clients who have worked with me in the past and are satisfied. I pride in being 100% authentic transparent. I will always give my clients the best advice for THEM.
