Hi Nancy, thanks for joining us today. Almost all entrepreneurs have had to decide whether to start now or later? There are always pros and cons for waiting and so we’d love to hear what you think about your decision in retrospect. If you could go back in time, would you have started your business sooner, later or at the exact time you started?
I would say sooner, however as a single mother of 3 wonderful boys, life demands made it hard to focus on this journey, but never forgetting what my aspirations or true calling. Fortunately I was able to make my initial step in my education and my new career over a year ago! I wouldn’t not necessarily change my decision as those life lessons and experiences were necessary to make my important decisions as everything I do is calculated and well thought out as it effects all facets of my business and my family ! My family is my priority and my work shows that they are !

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
I would say that people should know that I am mother of 3 boys who are my life and inspiration, and that recognize that all what I have done for them, they have Pushed me, and supported me. I am humbled by their character and perspective of what this business is about! I have always believed in skin care. With the skin care I want to be able to share my passion and treatments so that others can enjoy the care and services that I provide
Each client I do my best to provide a good skin evaluation and treatment plan that over all helps with their skin care and needs, each person is different so that’s why I do my best to customize each treatment
Skin care has always been my passion and I understand the importance of feeling good in your own skin, and my experience feeling confident will help you in your everyday life. And that’s why I want to make it affordable for everyone
What’s worked well for you in terms of a source for new clients?
To be honest there are two ways I get new clients:
Social Media and word of mouth
Fortunately I can balance both sources as with the evolving growth of content and social media, and fortunate that my services and customer services spread from current to new clients

How do you keep in touch with clients and foster brand loyalty?
Basically it starts with my good customer service and quality services, simultaneously making them feel comfortable, relaxed and providing a great atmosphere
As they witness this service I have a great routine to keep in contact with them, constant monitoring how they are doing with the skin care, either by text, phone calls or even emails
But constant content on social media is also key
