Regally Insane, is an all-natural hair and body wellness brand caters to underrepresented communities. Our mission is to bring awareness, education, and healthier alternatives to communities, particularly African Americans, who often lack access to such options. We address a range of concerns including diabetes, hair loss, anxiety, and immune system support in areas with poor air quality and water structures. Our goal is to meet the community where they are by offering convenient, all-natural solutions that seamlessly integrate into their daily routines.

As an entrepreneur, I bring firsthand experience and expertise to the hair and body wellness industry. Having faced the challenges myself, I intimately understand the needs and benefits of healthier lifestyles. I’m Nailah Queen, wife, mother, CEO, philanthropist, innovator, self-care advocate, business mentor, influencer, travel enthusiast, and serial entrepreneur. I own Royalty Escapes Travel Agency, Realeza Styles Travel Clothing and Accessory Line, “It’s Nailah” the hub for Nailah “The Brand” coaching and business services, and lastly the successfully emerging Regally Insane Hair and Body Health Line. My motivation to start this company stemmed from personal experiences during the pandemic. I faced challenges with hair loss and the aftermath of COVID-19, which led me to develop products that provided effective solutions and nourishment. This inspired the birth of Regally Insane.

How about pivoting – can you share the story of a time you’ve had to pivot?

When i started the Regally Insane i had two other businesses and a full time career at the time, This definitely overwhelmed me as i didn’t understand how complex an e-commerce business was compared to service based. However, i have learned from past experiences that if you don’t know, you hire someone who does and does it well and that’s how i pivoted in my business to allow it to grow and thrive.

Learning and unlearning are both critical parts of growth – can you share a story of a time when you had to unlearn a lesson?

I had to learn to ask for help. It was very hard for me because i always figured things out myself. Most people consider me the “Strong Friend” so people rarely ask me if I need anything because i was the go to person. However a stroke in 2016 opened my eyes to see that I can’t do everything and i need to rely on those who love and support me to actually love and support me. I’m glad that lesson was learned and i am able to be supported during my entrepreneurial journey in a healthy way.
