We recently connected with Nadia Tabban and have shared our conversation below.
Nadia , thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Often outsiders look at a successful business and think it became a success overnight. Even media and especially movies love to gloss over nitty, gritty details that went into that middle phase of your business – after you started but before you got to where you are today. In our experience, overnight success is usually the result of years of hard work laying the foundation for success, but unfortunately, it’s exactly this part of the story that most of the media ignores. Can you talk to us about your scaling up story – what are some of the nitty, gritty details folks should know about?
I am a great believer that every beginning is hard and the things do not happened overnight. In my case my businesses have being growing steady and constant because I had put the effort to make them go where I want it and need them to go. I started with one of my business not by choice but because everything seems to take me in that direction. I started by myself and now I have a great team that supports me. With my husband we are proudly taking our businesses in the right direction and in both of them helping people and that is why is the most important to us.
Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
I have always like to be part of something great and get to be creative and help people. In my last interview with you I talked about my beauty business I am proudly the CEO of Nadia Isabel Studio a beauty studio where we are mainly focus in brows but we also do lashes, makeup, hairstyle, body and facial treatments. Me and my husband have a business that we can easily do side by side our beauty studio. We work in the financial field helping families to have a GPS to achieve their financial independence.
Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?
Build your presence in social media in my experience is all about being constant and have a define style that will attract your audience, also content that nourishes and is of the interest of your audience and of course follow the trends. It is all about keep an eye of what is trending and what is working follow the right strategy. A content that your audience will enjoy a post/reels that they will like. My advice for people trying to grow their audience is to keep it constant for me that is the most important.
Where do you think you get most of your clients from?
In my case the best source of new clients has being the referrals. It is real when people say that your work or what you do speaks laughter than works. That is what happened in my case, people like what I do and how I help people, they recommend me and that is mostly how I get new clients.
