We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Myztico Campo a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Myztico, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Are you happier as a creative? Do you sometimes think about what it would be like to just have a regular job? Can you talk to us about how you think through these emotions?
Rather than nurture the gifts that each sentient being brings onto this world stage the curriculum of the education system unfortunately is set up to dumb down the public and turn them into obedient non critical thinking consumers.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
My parents were always playing music at home from their homeland of Cuba and would host house parties. My young ears were exposed to afro-cuban rhythms as well as the sounds of Louis Armstrong, Nat King Cole, Harry Belafonte, Sinatra and then I was tuning into the music of Cream, Jackson 5, Motown, the sounds of Woodstock, Jimi Hendrix, Led Zeppelin, Ravi Shankar, Howling Wolf and so many others.

In your view, what can society to do to best support artists, creatives and a thriving creative ecosystem?
Well, first of all, “Society” at large can start by defunding the never ending “war machine” which has caused (& continues to cause) the suffering & deaths of millions of innocent civilians while causing environmental havoc internationally. Trillion$ have been wasted in these endless wars against the human family. By defunding such entities as the military industrial complex, WEF, the WHO as well as many international corrupt govern-mental 3 letter alphabet agencies the Trillion$ wasted can be better used to feed and house the homeless, clean up the oceans and our environment. Provide healthcare, proper education, free energy and so forth to the people. Protect farmers while banning chemical pestisides.
Then the rest of the money saved (totaling in the billions) can be provided to creatives to help rebuild & beautify ghettos, redesign decrepit urban areas that uplifts & nurtures local communities. build inspiring architecture, provide permaculture grants worldwide, Fund life affirming, thought provoking art, films and music that nurtures the spirit of humanity as opposed to manipulating humanity via low vibration fear frequencies used by the mockingbird media & their cronies!!!
Imagine the kind of Heaven on Earth heARTsts can create with the current technology available?

What do you find most rewarding about being a creative?
Personally, Creativity is a daily sacred practice, so whether it be working on a new canvas or digital painting, producing/editing videos, playing with my band, every day its about honoring the creative flow. It has provided much healing as well as soul nurturing frequencies not only for myself but for many that have come across my art. To be a witness to many whom have been touched by my creative flow is truly humbling. At times it is truly more rewarding than money.
Art has been a lifesaver, it has kept me sane & balanced in this tumultuous earth frequency. It has also taken me to many places & events that I would have not been able to experience without it.
