Mystic , appreciate you joining us today. It’s always helpful to hear about times when someone’s had to take a risk – how did they think through the decision, why did they take the risk, and what ended up happening. We’d love to hear about a risk you’ve taken.
I believe that taking a leap of faith is equivalent to risk-taking. The unknown can be daunting; however, the most important question to ask oneself is “If you knew you would be supported, would you take the risk?”
My mission is to “clear the path to a new life” for my clients through divination, tarot/oracle cards, astrology, and energy healing. I also use this as a personal mission to be a living testament that taking a leap of faith (or risk-tasking) results in beautiful rewards.
I am not saying that the journey through the unknown is an easy task; it can be very challenging. One of the biggest challenges is to let go of the people, places, and things that no longer align with who you are and who you are becoming. Human beings are habitual and even though there is constant change around us, we hold on the what is familiar out of comfort… and sometimes out of survival or loyalty.
While providing insight, inspiration, and guidance to people on my YouTube Channel, Mystic Storm Spirituality, I found myself many times delivering messages that I too needed to hear. For example, in 2022 I did a Gemini New Moon Astrology & Card Reading titled “TAKE THE LEAP, SPIRIT GOT YOU!” During that time, I was experiencing huge Tower Moments (destruction and chaos) in my life.
The risk(s) I was contemplating would change the timeline I was on at that time. For example, even though I knew I had to let go of a romantic partner who was emotionally abusive, I was afraid of not knowing how my life would be after that relationship. I had to really sit with myself and convene with The Divine, my Ancestors, and my Spiritual Team to transmute the low vibrations of shame, guilt, and fear, into courage so I could have the strength to take the leap of faith even though I knew grief was waiting for me on the other side.
Looking back a year later, taking that leap of faith was THE BEST decision I made for myself. The amount of empowerment, growth, expansion, and love is unmatched! When I think about taking a leap of faith now and find myself thinking about the risks, I choose to bet on myself and trust in The Divine Plan because I believe (and know!) the power I hold to “clear the path to a new life.”
Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
I am a Psychic Reader, Healer, and Spiritual Advisor. I would like to think I chose this path, but this path chose me. I’ve always been a very spiritual person; I believe that the universe has a way of guiding us forward through our lives with the help of The Divine, Spirits, Ancestors, and Guides. I was blessed with the gift of being able to connect with the spiritual world, and love having the opportunity to connect my clients to their own universal current. My focus is to bring forth awareness and healing through love, and to teach others how to tap into their own spiritual potential.
As a Spiritual Advisor, I provide inspiration, encouragement, guidance, and enlightenment through divination, tarot/oracle cards, astrology, and reiki/energy healing. Through experiences, I’ve learned that with change and transformation comes a bit of chaos (a storm). The trick is to not let the storms of life consume you; embrace it, surrender to The Divine Plan, and remain grounded to navigate the challenges to the best of your ability. After the rain, we find the silver lining and are then able to see how those storms were a blessings in disguise. As cliché as it may sound, you cannot experience rainbows (miracles) without enduring the rain (chaos). However, in the midst of chaos, we sometimes forget all of this. That’s where I come in to assist my clients by acting as a lighthouse that shines light on the darkness giving hope, relief, clarity and perspective.
The extension of me, Mystic Storm Botanica, is a spiritual shop that supplies spiritual and herbal products to help individuals set intentions and instill wellness in multiple areas of life. Some products you may find at my spiritual shop are dressed and blessed candles, bath salts, intention oils, herbal teas, jewelry, and more! All in-house products are reiki/energy infused giving the person’s intentions an extra boost.
I am most proud of myself for answering the call from The Divine and stepping out on faith to be of service to others in this capacity. A part of my mission is to utilize my knowledge and wisdom of holistic healing, spirituality and music to help people heal physically, mentally, spiritually and emotionally.

We’d love to hear a story of resilience from your journey.
I have many Spirit Guides, but the one that came to mind when this question was asked was the Phoenix Rising. It’s actually funny because the Phoenix was my high school’s mascot, and I had no clue at the time how this energy would follow me throughout life.
There was a time in my journey when I did not have the best boundaries and depleted my energy to prove my sense of worth. Bruised with scars of abandonment and rejection, I found myself working for a company that I allowed to stretch me thin and squeezed every ounce of my skills and abilities out of me to elevate the company without being properly compensated. When asked how much I desired to make, I answered, and my employer said to me “You will never make that much here or anywhere in this field.”
I was stunned because even though I really enjoyed being at the company and working with the employer, I had to seek a more financially supportive employer but then the pandemic hit. I stuck it out and received a ton of work that did not match my original job description. I was then compensated by receiving a title over multiple departments at the same pay rate. My mental health was heavily affected, and I had to really lean on my spiritual practices to get through multiple segments of the day.
Even though I knew I needed to seek other employment once the world began to open up, I felt obligated to stay out of loyalty due to people pleasing. Thankfully, I had encouragement from loved ones to keep searching and was able to find employment that compensated me well. The plus side was the new job was less taxing mentally which freed up time for me to focus more of my energy on my business and craft.
Now, I have more financial freedom and utilize my skills and talents to support me and my mission. Even though that experience was a storm in my life, I acknowledge the role a played and nurture the aspect of me that felt that they had to constantly prove their worth. I was able to grow and learn what I had to let go of so I could elevate spiritually and consciously just like the Phoenix Rising. Also, even though that was a stressful period in my life, I am grateful for the experience, knowledge, and wisdom I gained at that company. Lastly, I am grateful for the resilience I had despite the challenges I faced in believing I am worthy of more.
If you could go back, would you choose the same profession, specialty, etc.?
Yes, I would choose the same profession if I had the opportunity to go in time. I am also grateful for my past experiences that led me right where I needed to be. Even if I went back in time, yes I may alter my destiny, but my fate is the same. Being on this path as a spiritualist is in my blood, my DNA. I am a deep thinker that has a passion for integrating knowledge and getting to the root of an issue to resolve/heal from it. So with that being said, going back to make changes in my life would be like choosing a different route to the same destination.
