Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Myles Davis. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Myles , appreciate you joining us today. Let’s start with something countless entrepreneurs have had to figure out on the fly – how have you dealt with the rise of remote work?
Prior to the pandemic most clients expected face-to-face interactions. Now, 30% of my work is virtual. Clients are more accepting of virtual experiences and options. I offer one-on-one online coaching, an exercise video library that provides and demonstrates step-by-step instructions, and use social media to inform and provide clients and prospects with exercise routines for strength building and weight loss.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers
I first became interested in personal training in college. I was working out on my own and starting to see results and others started asking me what I was doing. This encouraged me to stay with it and get certified and later add a certification for nutrition.
I provide services that specialize in strength, conditioning, and weight loss.. Additionally, I provide customized programs for customers wanting to address muscle gain, fat loss, and toning. I set my services apart from the completion by providing superior service and communication through my Get Fit With Myles.com application. Through my application, my clients can communicate with me quickly on exercise routines and questions. I hold myself accountable to attend to their fitness needs so they can stay focused on meeting their fitness goals and stay moving.I enjoy my work and my clients and am proud of my ability to successfully help change lives.
As I continue to grow, I am introducing new services and accessories through Prime Kinetics. A few of the products offered include resistant bands, headbands, and towels. I am excited about the future and encourage you to check out my website Get Fit With Myles.com.

How do you keep in touch with clients and foster brand loyalty?
My primary touch point resources are my Get Fit With Myles website and application. My clients and prospects can reach me through these resources to learn about my services, pricing, and to ask other questions. Additionally, clients can communicate with me through my application requesting exercise and nutrition information. I also set up video conferencing through the Get Fit With Myles application or through Zoom for clients to complete coaching and online training workout sessions. My goal is to communicate quickly and often in order to support my clients in their journey to a healthy life style. I want them to stay at their best whether they are a new client or one that has achieved their goals which coincides with my overall branding of wanting my clients to be as healthy as possible.

Learning and unlearning are both critical parts of growth – can you share a story of a time when you had to unlearn a lesson?
The lesson I had to unlearn is that there is only one way to do things. This was an important lesson for me because when I first started I sought direction primarily from one source. But as I learned more about the business and industry, I realized the benefit of networking. Through networking and research, I’ve been able to grow and expand my business in a positive direction and help me to be at my best.
