I used to spend weeks debating whether or not I deserved to buy myself nice things.
Yes, I worked hard—sometimes harder than I should.
Yes, I loved the way having nice things made me feel.
Yes, I needed something that belonged to me and me alone.
There was always a tug-of-war inside my gut that made me question if I should add to cart and checkout.
Would I be seen as doing too much?
Weren’t there other “more important things” I could buy?
It was something about indulging that made me feel guilty.
But it wasn’t just me.
Other women, that I met in life and online admitted the same. It’s not that we didn’t know we need reset and reward; most times neglect and guilt take up the space that we should give to self-care, indulgence, and pampering themselves.
So with Gavin Luxe, I’ve given myself permission and created a space wide and safe enough for other women to normalize indulgence, decadence, and luxury with the products we offer.
Our products give women the permission they need to slow down and take much-deserved time for themselves.
How do you keep in touch with clients and foster brand loyalty?
We keep in touch through many different avenues with our customers, such as our company blog, email, social media and text message marketing.
We also create community with our new private Facebook group where we give access to free tips on self-care.
How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?
I think we’ve built a reputation by consistently putting out quality products time after time
