Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Ms. Camay McClure-Dunn. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Ms. Camay, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today What’s been the best thing you’ve ever seen (or done yourself) to show a client that you appreciate them?
The best thing I do to show appreciation for my clients is solve their problem before they even pay me. Period. When someone books a consultation with me, I’m not showing up to “pitch a service.” I’m showing up to serve.
In that first call, I listen like it’s my superpower — because it is. I digest every detail, I research their issue before we even hang up, and I educate them with real, factual, often legal-based insight they can use right then and there. I’m not waiting for a retainer or an invoice to prove my value. I lead with it.
And sometimes, that means referring them to an attorney or another expert in my network who can take them further than I can in that moment. That’s not me losing business — that’s me building trust. That’s me saying, “I care more about your solution than my sale.” And let me tell you, that right there is why clients come back to me first, every single time.
I believe appreciation isn’t a thank-you card or a discount code — it’s showing people that you respect their time, their struggle, and their goals enough to move in integrity. My clients walk away from that first conversation not just informed, but empowered. They feel seen, heard, and supported — like they finally found someone who “gets it.”
That’s the Ms. Camay International experience. I don’t just prepare documents or offer consultations. I educate. I inspire. I empower. And I do it all with gratitude, grace, and a little diamond-level sparkle.

Ms. Camay, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
I’m Ms. Camay — paralegal by profession, business consultant by design, and Boss Lady by birthright.
For more than 20 years, I’ve lived and breathed the legal world — working in civil litigation, insurance defense, and corporate law. Those years shaped not only my work ethic but my “WHY”. I saw everyday people drowning in legal confusion because they couldn’t afford an attorney or didn’t know where to start. That’s when I created Ms. Camay International, a consulting brand built on three pillars: Educate. Inspire. Empower.
Through my company, I prepare legal and business documents as a Registered Document Preparer, Certified Notary Signing Agent, and eNotary Public. But I go far beyond paperwork. I consult with individuals who are being bullied in the workplace — teaching them how to document, advocate, and protect themselves through administrative complaints. I also host events, webinars, and my own podcast, The Boss Ladies Breakroom Financial Literacy Series, where I blend law, leadership, and life lessons with a little laughter and a lot of empowerment.
I’m also the President of the Local Vegas Legal Support Association and a President of the National Workplace Bullying Coalition. Together, we’re advocating for the Dignity At Work Act in Nevada — legislation that would finally make workplace bullying illegal. That’s part of my bigger mission: to make noise where silence once existed and to give people the tools to stand up for themselves with knowledge and confidence.
What sets me apart is that I lead with heart and honesty. I don’t gate-keep information — I give it away like sunshine. Whether I’m preparing an estate plan, or helping a target of workplace bullying build their case, I treat every client like family. I bring real talk, real results, and a whole lot of diamond-level sparkle to everything I touch.
What I’m most proud of? That I’ve built a career — and now a brand — that turns pain into purpose. Every service I offer, every stage I step on, every document I prepare and every acknowledgment I notarize is rooted in one thing: empowerment through education. I want people to know that you can be powerful and kind, professional and authentic, legal-minded and full of sauce.
That’s the Ms. Camay International experience — part paralegal precision, part Boss Lady brilliance, all heart.

We’d love to hear a story of resilience from your journey.
My first true lesson in resilience came the moment my mother, Linda Lou, took her last breath. She wasn’t just my mom — she was my best friend, my biggest cheerleader, and the woman whose strength taught me how to stand tall, even when the ground beneath me was shaking.
I grew up watching her endure unimaginable things. I witnessed her survive domestic violence and still show forgiveness to her abuser — not because she was weak, but because she was divinely strong. My mother was grace under fire, always composed, always radiant, always looking like a million dollars even in the middle of chaos. She was the blueprint of resilience.
When she passed, I didn’t think I had that same kind of power in me. But grief became my teacher. I had to dig deep and recall everything I learned by watching her: her resourcefulness, her grit, her faith, her unshakable ability to smile through the storm. Every business I’ve built, every obstacle I’ve overcome, every client I’ve helped — all of it is stamped with her legacy.
Linda Lou taught me that resilience isn’t about being untouched by pain — it’s about rising anyway, with dignity and a touch of lipstick. 💋 It’s about walking through fire and coming out shining brighter.
When people call me “Boss Lady Ms. Camay,” what they’re really seeing is the spirit of Linda Lou — alive and thriving through me. Her legacy lives in my voice, my work, and my purpose to educate, inspire, and empower others to push through whatever tries to break them. That’s not just resilience — that’s generational strength.

Any fun sales or marketing stories?
The biggest marketing risk I’ve ever taken was telling the truth — publicly — about being bullied in the workplace.
I was a seasoned legal professional, respected in my field, but behind the scenes I was being targeted, isolated, and emotionally crushed. My confidence was bleeding out quietly behind closed doors. When I was pulled out of work by my doctor — indefinitely — during the holidays, I felt lost, humiliated, and stripped of the very identity I’d worked my entire life to build.
For a while, I shrank. I hid in the dark, angry and ashamed. But then my friend — my truth-telling angel — sat me down over lunch and gave me a wake-up call. She told me, “You’ve been given an assignment, and it’s time to speak.” Those words lit a fire in me that no bully could ever extinguish.
So I made a decision that terrified and freed me all at once: I went public. I started sharing my story across social media — raw, unfiltered, and honest — and I tagged the company that allowed it to happen in every post. People told me I was crazy. I was warned I’d never work in law again. But my mission became bigger than my fear. I wasn’t just speaking for myself; I was speaking for every person who’s ever been bullied into silence.
What started as a single act of courage turned into a movement. I co-created and directed a nationally recognized fashion and entertainment event that broke the silence around workplace bullying — merging advocacy with artistry in a way the industry had never seen. That event became the launchpad for what is now a thriving arm of my company, Ms. Camay International, where I consult with workplace bullying targets, teach corporate leaders how to build healthier cultures, and collaborate with local, state, and national legislators to make workplace bullying illegal.
That “marketing risk” became my life’s calling. I didn’t just reclaim my power — I built a platform where others could find theirs too. What I felt then was fear, yes… but more than that, I felt freedom. Freedom in truth. Freedom in purpose. Freedom in finally realizing that my voice was the very thing my bully could never take away.
