Moye, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. We’d love to start by getting your thoughts on what you are seeing as some the biggest trends emerging in your industry.

Google My Business Management & Video Marketing

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?

I have more than 20 years of marketing, photography & graphic design experience, I’ve managed to develop a sharp talent & creative mind to capture an idea and make it reality. Going back 25 years, I traveled internationally as model / actor &this is where I found my passion for art / photography , advertising, and marketing. In 1999, I started AD TASTE INC. . I started sharing my ideas with prospects that were looking to customize their marketing. I incorporating modern & classic design with a distinctive taste. My eye for style and design produces an alluring overall marketing presence or brand. I create core marketing collateral that captures the attention of my client’s prospective buyers. In recent years I have focused much of my attention towards Google My Business and allowing this to be the foundation to launch the majority of all my marketing programs. I have proven to myself and my clients that Google is very powerful. No matter if you are only utilizing organic marketing or allotting a budget to initiatives like SEO and or Google AdWords, I have had much success with Google being the place to start from and build from their according to the industry and needs of each business.

I specialize in strategy, content, photography, video, graphic design of marketing tools such as brochures, catalogs, mailers, media kits, logo design, organic marketing, online marketing & social media management. We have beautiful websites built that all have original content and are optimized for mobile, tablet, laptop & desktop viewing. I believe that every business should have a “specialized look” that a business owner is proud to portray to their customers and prospects. How about pivoting – can you share the story of a time you’ve had to pivot?

I absolutely had a powerful pivot point 4.5 years ago when I met my girlfriend, Ashley. I am all self-taught in everything I do, my business sense, my photography, my video, my graphic design etc. Ashley and I met and immediately had a strong connection with shared vision. Ashley has an MBA in Marketing and she really taught me so much about branding and how to provide annual marketing plans with consistent value. She was nice about it, lol. Ashley was very empowering to me; she always compliments me on my strengths and what I have to offer. I know with certainty that we all need this kind of encouragement no matter who we are or where we are in life or what letters go in front or after our name. Confidence is king! as they say… it’s so true. I can say that after 20 years of being a photographer & a self-described “marketing specialist”, in the past 3 years I have experienced a pivot as well as a coming into myself, a confidence in knowing what I have and knowing how to use it and that is very rewarding to me.

Can you tell us about what’s worked well for you in terms of growing your clientele?

Well, I mentioned this earlier, but it’s really proven itself to be so instrumental in every success story related to the marketing service that we provide to our clientele and that’s Google My Business. With Google we can show our clients insights each month that list all the data on how many phone calls, website visits, geographical area where the business is coming from, what ads worked better than others. Everything is measurable and that’s a nice place to be when you are always growing and bringing your clients new business and positive results.
