We were lucky to catch up with Morgan Tracy J. recently and have shared our conversation below.
Morgan Tracy, appreciate you joining us today. Let’s start with the story of your mission. What should we know?

Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?
The first few years of my ministry journey were very hard. No one was watching my messages. I oftentimes wondered if it would ever get traction. After 2 and a half years of faithful work and uploading I started seeing sign-ups and my audience on YouTube began to grow. I am thankful for the years when I didn’t grow, it taught me what my true passion was and how to not give up when the journey gets rough.
Can you tell us about a time you’ve had to pivot?
After a few years into my ministry, I hadn’t made $1 yet and my day job was barely covering my bills. I realized to keep my ministries, and website afloat I needed to find ways to make more income. I wrote my first e-book, got it edited by a librarian at my local library for free and the rest is history. That one e-book showed me that my ministry could make money and not rely on donations. The e-book turned into physical books, online courses, and today our subscription service. The pivot I had to make was to be willing to believe that a ministry could earn income outside of donors and that it could flourish. Today, I work full-time in the ministry
