Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Morgan Seiter. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Morgan, appreciate you joining us today. Earning a full time living from one’s creative career can be incredibly difficult. Have you been able to do so and if so, can you share some of the key parts of your journey and any important advice or lessons that might help creatives who haven’t been able to yet?
Last summer was actually the first time I was able to make a full-time living from my creative work. It wasn’t easy, and it definitely wasn’t like that from day one. When I first moved to LA, I was hustling hard. I put most of my expenses on credit cards while trying to find steady work, and for about six months to a year, I had to work a 9-5 job and do side hustles just to make ends meet.
Things started to shift when I signed with multiple agencies across different states—Colorado, California, Utah—and I also self-submitted through platforms like Casting Networks. Little by little, the work started coming in, and before I knew it, I was getting booked consistently. Eventually, I reached a point where I was working 5 days a week, which felt incredible after the long grind.
Some key steps that helped me, and that others could take, include getting a great headshot and submitting to as many agencies as possible in different states. I didn’t just stop at one or two. I also made sure to ask my agents if they were cool with me self-submitting, and when they gave the green light, I threw myself at every opportunity. I didn’t shy away from background work, stand-in gigs, or smaller roles—I was hungry and willing to take on anything that came my way.
Looking back, I could have sped up the process by being more active on social media and attending networking events, but I honestly feel like my growth has been healthy. Ascending too quickly can be overwhelming, kind of like scuba diving.

Morgan, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
My name is Morgan Seiter. I was born in Overland Park, Kansas, in 1998, and I’m a professional actor, model, artist, and athlete. I wear a lot of hats, and my creative journey spans across multiple industries. On the artistic side, I run Morgainz LLC, which houses my personal projects like my YouTube channel, solo music, DJ performances, and photography. Then there’s Seiter Enterprises LLC, an umbrella company that manages my various business ventures, including Seiter Entertainment Group, which focuses on nightlife operations, staffing, and more.
Outside of business, I’m passionate about acting, modeling, and adventure sports. I love snowboarding, and scuba diving, and my goal is to reach a professional level in both. I’ve been extremely fortunate to appear in shows like For All Mankind, Platonic with Seth Rogen, and Dexter, and I’ve been featured in Vogue Italia. I’ve also walked the runway for Denver Fashion Week, LA Fashion Week, and Kansas City Fashion Week.
My love for this world really started when I was introduced to runway modeling at Kansas City Fashion Week around the age of 15. That experience lit a spark in me, and I was hooked. But the Kansas market didn’t offer many opportunities, so I had to put my dreams on hold until I moved to Colorado for college. That’s when I got serious about it again and signed with agencies that helped open doors.
What sets me apart is my diverse experiences and the unique path I’ve taken to get here. Growing up watching Hollywood from afar, I now live and work in the heart of it, which gives me a perspective that I carry into everything I do. I’m incredibly proud of the progress I’ve made, but I’m even more excited about where I’m going. I want fans and clients to know that I’m always evolving—pushing my boundaries and staying true to myself as I grow every day.

What do you think is the goal or mission that drives your creative journey?
The driving force behind my creative journey in acting, modeling, and sports is to become the best version of myself. Each discipline pushes me in different ways. Modeling motivates me to stay in peak physical condition, while acting challenges me to grow emotionally and improve how I communicate. I’ve always thought of myself as a bit awkward in social situations, so I turned to acting not just as a craft, but as a way to become a better communicator and handle emotionally charged situations with more grace.
In sports, my goal is simple but ambitious—I want to perform at the highest level possible. Whether it’s snowboarding, scuba diving, or another discipline, I’m constantly pushing my limits and striving to improve. At the core of everything I do is a drive to grow, evolve, and reach my fullest potential.

For you, what’s the most rewarding aspect of being a creative?
The most rewarding part of being an artist is seeing a vision in my head come to life. There’s nothing quite like the feeling of creating something tangible from an idea that once only existed in my mind. It’s a process that brings me a lot of joy and fulfillment. Moving forward, I’m excited to collaborate with even more artists and creatives to bring these visions to life as closely as they appear in my imagination. There’s so much potential in working with others to elevate what we can create together.
