We were lucky to catch up with Morgan Brittney recently and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Morgan, thanks for joining us today. Was there a defining moment in your professional career? A moment that changed the trajectory of your career?
My name is Morgan Brittney and my most defining moment is going to sound contradictory but my defining moment was when i decided i was going to give up. To understand this you have to know my story and it is one of health and disease and Gods grace to give me the will power to believe that this to shall pass. I was never healthy, as a child i suffered with constant stomach issues along with headaches. At age 10 i had my first surgery which removed my spleen. At age 12 i had my appendix removed, the removal of these 2 major organs responsible for cleaning the blood, getting rid of bacteria and viruses…along with the appendix that houses good bacteria… i suffered, from the common cold turning in to pneumonia to constant food poisoning from not having the protection the spleen provides along with the appendix support in digestion. For the next 10 years i was in a fog and bearly alive. I was hospitalized multiple times for pneumonia and dehydration due to food poisoning… i was willing to fight but didn’t know how. At age 21 i was diagnosed with endometriosis and this was the disease that brought me home to God, and broke the girl i thought i was. For those of you who don’t know endometriosis is one of the most painful diseases a woman can have, there’s no care for it and it’s a constant battle with every period cycle does the disease grows. The tissue known as endometrium, or uterine lining tissue starts to grow in areas it is not supposed to, causing internal bleeding and growing scar tissue that attach to other organs, along the abdominal wall, covering the entire reproductive system, bowels, the endocrine cell walls, causing severe pain, infertility, nausea, digestive problems and for the very unlucky ones breathing and brain damage. This disease knows no bounds and can grow in every part of the females body.
I was in literal hell. For the next 2 years this disease broke me down, damaged my body and turned me in to a sickle version of myself i didnt know. It got to the point where i would be in constant pain and nauseous. I remember the day I truly broke, and it was from trying to laugh, i couldn’t expand my stomach or lungs without feeling the pain of the scar tissue that grew from the endometriosis pinching and squeezing my lungs. I was starting to look in to holistic health, meditation and the science of spirituality but nothing prepared me for the experience i was going to have that changed my life, career and health forever.
One night the pains came on so suddenly, i was walking in to the bathroom and before i knew it i was falling to the floor, grabbing a towel to scream in to….. to cry in to….. to give up in to.
My body was betraying me with every breath, it hurt.
This was the moment i knew my life was over, i couldn’t live being the sick girl anymore….. and as i screamed and cried and knew this was the end for me i heard a voice, one so strong but gentle say to me its okay child and a second turned in to an eternity, i felt a grace and a power descend upon me and i knew i was in the presence of a God, one that saves. And i cried so hard i had a vision come on to me, it was a vision of a past life, i wont go to much in to detail, you can read about it in my blogs on my website www.morganbrittney.com
within that moment it was a life time. i saw betrayal, pain, regret, war. i felt it all as if it was me and then i was back in my body and the pain i was holding in was suddenly gone.
I still cry when i think back to that moment and those memories of pain. But most of all i remember the grace and love i felt from this being, the one who told me it was all okay. Im not one to speak on an all mighty God but i do believe who ever we choose to believe in most, real or not becomes our God and from all the teachings and resources and research i have done on spirituality and health i have come to known the energy that saved me as Jesus Christ, a brother to humanity and a God to the lost souls. There is so much pain in the world but when it is stuck within our soul’s heart we suffer from that and i truly believe that is the origin of sin and disease, a break souls heart.
My soul was lost and broken but choosing to heal my heart was and is the reason my body healed. This experience threw me in to a world i never knew, one of love and kindness and redemption. I learned about forgiveness, i learned about true health from the things we eat to the things our hearts and minds consume. I learned about yoga and breath meditation which were key ingredients in restoring the health of my body. I had to break through the scars that endometriosis made from the physical ones to the emotional and mental pains of a little girl who was never loved properly. I reprogrammed my mind, my heart and my body and by doing so i healed, i grew strong, i developed methods on how to over come all the battles we face physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. I became the inspiration i sought and now when i see my clients heal and regain their health, i know it was all worth it, the pains we feel is never in vain and healing is always a possibility, my story and testimony proves that.
That defining moment changed me, and im still changing as i once was a nurse now a health and life coach can i guide those lost souls back to God, back to health and back to their Soul. The soul will heal the body i have seen this time and time again and it is a beautiful transformation. I truly believe i would not be who i am today if it were not for the pains of endometriosis and my heart constantly goes out to those who are still sick but if you can believe anything believe that this to shall pass and God will handle the rest. Love always Morgan Brittney

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your background and context?
My name is Morgan Brittney and i am known as the healing coach. I am the one stop shop for any and all health related goals. There is no goal to small or to big for you to achieve. Every one just needs the right support system and that is where i come in. I look at individuals as a whole, not just the physical body but the mental, emotional and spiritual bodies as well, where alot of our physical problems have manifested from. I believe one of the most powerful aspects of my coaching is that i internally understand what it means to be sick, weak, broken down, misguided, unheard and in pain regardless of it being physical, mental, emotional or spiritual pains. I had to heal my physically body but suffering with a disease known as endometriosis almost made that impossible. I had to fortify my mind and spiritual will power to heal which lead me to understanding our emotional capabilities and the power we can achieve when we connect all these different aspects of ourselves in to one. I have created powerful methods and transformational programs customized to fit each individuals needs. I offer a wide variety of tools and techniques for my clients depending on if they are healing a disease, an injury, wanting to lose or gain weight or simply needing some spiritual guidance on the life path they are meant to build for themselves.
I started my work as a health coach, focusing on helping individuals reconnect with their bodies, improve their habits, and find balance in their daily lives. Through that work, I began to notice that real, lasting transformation didn’t just come from individual effort—it came from feeling supported, seen, and connected to something bigger.
That realization inspired me to expand beyond coaching and create a community-centered experience. I founded an annual event called the Spiritual Expo, where individuals can come together to share their journeys, learn from one another, and truly be celebrated for who they are.
It’s grown into a space that not only promotes healing and personal growth, but also empowers people to step confidently into their identity within a supportive community.
Being able to provide this kind of experience changes individuals, it penetrates the subconscious and creates lasting change—it helps individuals shift their mindset, build confidence, and carry those breakthroughs into their everyday lives. That’s what makes the impact of an event and coaching truly meaningful.

How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?
I believe one of the key factors in building my reputation has been my personal TikTok, @the.real.morgan.brittney. I originally started it over five years ago as a personal video diary—a space where I could openly share my healing journey, challenges, and the tools that were helping me grow.
Over time, that consistency and transparency allowed me to genuinely connect with people who were going through similar experiences. What started as a personal outlet naturally evolved into a platform where I could support others, share practical healing methods, and create meaningful conversations around growth and self-awareness.
Because my content is rooted in real-life experience, it’s helped me build trust and credibility with my audience. That trust has translated into strong relationships with my clients, who often come to me already feeling aligned with my approach and confident in the value I provide. That foundation of trust and authenticity has been essential in building a reputation where people not only follow my work, but actively seek to work with me and be part of the community I’ve created.

How did you put together the initial capital you needed to start?
I built my business through a self-funded, step-by-step approach. I started by working directly with clients, which allowed me to generate initial income while also refining my services and building a strong foundation of trust and results.
From there, I expanded into creating my yearly event The Spiritual Expo, the additional revenue stream allowed me to invest in opening a smoothie shop which aligned
with my health coaching.
The earnings, along with the profits from my events—like the Spiritual Expo all went back into the business.
By continuously reinvesting what I earned, I was able to grow sustainably without relying on outside funding. That approach not only gave me full control over my vision, but also ensured that every part of the business was built with intention, proven demand, and real community support.
